Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. After reading reviews of other tinting companies, I chose Mr Tint because their business has a website, they were able to provide a verbal quote over the phone and I was able to book an appointment time in advance. It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. For example I had a Police traceable sticker, and now that it has been removed I cannot reapply this sticker. Cost of work $350.

Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.

I'm very surprised there were no Yelp reviews already as they have been around for years. Pros Each vehicle is typically inspected and quoted by one of their staff, usually Alex the GM. Discounts for repeat customers and owners of multiple vehicles. Based on their website interior detailing starts at about $129, exterior only $109. They have a posted pricelist in store as well that just gives a general idea of pricing. You can trust this company with your high-end car, saw some Audi, Benzs and BMW in there. Cons Interior works needs at least 4 to 6 hours as their is drying time involved. I dropped off my car at 8:30am and picked up in the late afternoon. For first time customers, $20 deposit is needed. The shop is busy, so appointments need to be made several days in advance. They do not accept walk-in services. Protip - For interior detailing cars need to be in the shop in the morning typically 8am to 10am. I decided to get my rustproofing and window tint done at Uniglass Ziebart on the recommendation of a family member. Jody, the owner, was friendly and helpful from the start. When I booked my appt, they had a special which included paint protection (a good coat of glossy wax). It was much cheaper than the gimmicky device my dealership was trying to sell me for rustproofing and the cost of their window tint. I have to take my car in to Uniglass Ziebart for annual rustproofing touchup so I have them re-apply the paint protection at the same time. Aside from some very minor surface rust spots, my car looks like brand-new. Every 2 yrs, I get an inner clean service which brings back the 'new car' smell. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Chrysta who has been really great. The inner clean and paint protection was approx. $270 with tax. Well worth it, in my opinion, especially because I'm going to enjoy car-payment-free months for many years (if I can help it) and this maintenance goes a long way.
