When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. I ended up still getting the car tinted there because I already waited a few weeks for the appointment. It was a mediocre job, I ended up having to bring the car back a few weeks later because of a bunch of air bubbles that never went away and streaks between the tint and the glass.

After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am.
