To cut to the chase, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ruben's work, with his knowledge and professionalism, and his friendliness throughout the job. Our rating is 5-stars, a definite keeper; we will call him again next time. The list of work at our home included the front sidewalk and curb, a large tile patio, patio screens, backyard PVC fence, eaves and fascia, and stepping stones through the yard. Ruben gave us a written estimate up front and stuck to the fair price. He completed all of the work on the same day, as promised. He made it look new. He has since washed the pool screen because of the algae build up a few years ago and this time we asked him to do the whole house. He made it look like it was just painted, taking away eight years of outside wear. He is consciencious, making sure my plants were wet down first so the product he was using did not affect them. Then afterwards he re-wet my plants to make sure they were safe. One of the main things I like about him is his ATTENTION TO DETAIL. He washed not only the walls, but also has a machine to scrub the travertine around the pool. This was unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Ruben Cortina is the ONLY ONE I would call. I am recommending him to everyone who needs pressure washing done right.

Darrell was a total professional throughout the entire process. Not only was his pricing more than fair, he actually did what he stated when he gave me the quote. He and his crew showed up on time daily. They picked up after themselves at the end of each day and they finished the project on time. The work more than speaks for itself as I have received several compliments. Needless to say that when the time came to have exterior paint work done, I did not hesitate to call Darrell again. They did amazing work on the exterior and the attention to detail is second to none. Very happy with the work and I strongly recommend them for any paint work needed.

Darrell gave me 2 quotes, one to simply satisfy the HOA, and the second to fill all the cracks from the house settling, power wash, prime and paint the entire house. This is an investment rental property and I hadn't been to the house in a while, and when selecting the colors from the HOA approved color palettes, I picked the wrong one. I didn't want to change the color, so I sent him all of the palettes, and he did a BEAUTIFUL job - I had selected the higher quote so that I don't have to redo it for years, and it turned out to be gorgeous. By the following Tuesday still nothing which is all I needed to convince myself that I need another option. Just for my own curiosity, I called him on the Following Wednesday just to see his excuse. Oh, he says, the estimator would have called from a different number so I wouldn't recognize the number. As all mobile phones have voice, I told him it was a thin excuse.
