I ask how long they stated 2 weeks which was totally shocked for 2 weeks was not that much damage and ask if they could get it done sooner they stated maybe little less than 2 weeks. I called a little over a week to check the progress and if they car would be ready and they stated it would be ready well over the 2 weeks again, I was passive and remained calms. Then it called the day before and they stated was still waiting on parts. This is unacceptable they stated it would be ready a the next day. Again was not ready because needed calibrations which was supposed to be done but of course they don't want to hire more staff so the customers have to wait longer., Long story short they had the car almost 3 weeks and was not apologize about it at all. Rude and thought they were right and we were wrong. Sorry Customer was right and you suck. I will make sure anyone with Geico does not take care there because they don't give a shit, I had a motor rebuilt and front end fixed in a week because some people know how to do their job.
