Horrible! I was no longer able to attend and called to cancel the contract. He never returned the…read morephone call. I started receiving calls from corporate for payment after I disputed it on my credit card. After complaining many times that he would t return my calls or emails he finally texted me. He told me I was obligated to finish the membership. I had him email me my contract. In the contract it states that I need to formally end the contract bb certified mail. I did so with all my final payments. He still turned it over to collections. He does not know how to run his business. Out of all of the times I went there, I saw him one time. Do not join this place at all! FYI they have an F rating on BBB. Same complaints. It says something so be careful.

What I love most is that she provides Polar heart rate monitors to wear during the workout, and your heart rate zones are always projected on her TV in the gym. This is helpful when you're trying to not only get fit and burn calories, but get heart healthy, too! It's an excellent benchmark to see how far you've come, as well. She has a clean gym with tons of equipment; free weights/bar, dumbbells, medicine balls, ropes, jump ropes, resistance bands, TRX, rowing machine, pull up bar, boxes, you name it- she has it! I was looking for a dojo with good training partners, a knowledgeable and patient coach/sensei, and above all a sense of community. Three years later I still find all of these elements to be present at the Arena Training Center. My training partners range from accomplished black belts to aspiring beginners and all help me as I work to perfect my art just as I help them. Coach Steve is always staying on top of current competitive trends and helping his students as they prepare for competition. There seems to be many Coronary patients there, many of who I have gotten to know. However, much of the equipment is in need of replacement. The machines are just plain worn out. The pickle ball contingent are taking over the courts and it annoys me. Great professional and knowledgeable staff. Never too crowded except for Saturdays when all the wannabe bodybuilders infiltrate. Don't understand why so many naked seniors hanging out in the locker rooms for hours. They seem to be mostly retirees with no other socialization outlets. Too many of them using cellphones in the locker room. Cell phones are banned from locker rooms but these older gents don't seem to think they apply.

They have enabled me to keep up my practice and keep in touch with people from in-person classes. The owner is very responsive to any queries or issues that you may have. Don't be intimidated by taking a class online instead of in studio - they definitely have advantages! I've taken a variety of classes including chair yoga and restorative as well as others and they don't disappoint. I hope that the online classes continue to be offered even after they return to a physical space.
