My experience was that I tried it. I decided its just not for me so I asked to have it cancelled. One of the owners said that they would cancel my membership and would not be charged. Though, every month I am still being billed for the membership. I got a new debit card just so I would stop being charged. I did contact them every month regarding this issue. Every month I would still be billed. so just a word of caution for those who may not want to commit to this membership. It was harder than ending a gym membership to be honest.
