The dead SUV and myself are on the way to Walmart to get a new battery. 11:30 pm Resurrected Nissan and myself are pulling out of the lot of Iceman Towing and on the way home. After a mechanic replaced the alternator and battery terminals, less than a week later, another breakdown. I called Iceman the next morning and he scooped it up and took it back to his shop. Now, although 40 miles away, the communication was as smooth and effective as the couple hours I spent with him just a few days before. I owe him a helluva lot more than he charged me. Class-act, talented and personable guy with the knowledge and problem-solving skills that make him perfect for doing what he does.

After eight days I called to see when I could pick it up. He said they broke the rear passenger window and they were waiting on a part. And they didn't know when I could get it back. He got upset with me when I told him I needed my car back asap. I finally got it back today. I asked him to work with me on the $500 deductable since they broke the window causing me to have to wait another two weeks. He was a jerk about it. Saying if they knew I needed your car. I cut him off, responding that of course I need my car. They were repairing the rocker panel and broke a window. And now the rocker panel doesn't match the one on the other side. Great workmanship.
