NEVER AGAIN. Think you're ordering a white kitchen? Think again! All of the white cabinets have a grey border that's meant to act as a "shadow." Well rather than acting as a "shadow," it looks absolutely crazy. Picture an old ratty car that has one door different than the other. This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. We chose them for our kitchen upgrade. The design was mediocre but our contractor did a great job. After a month a door came off and we found the hinge to be faulty. I signed a contract with Wren Kitchens in August, including all specifications, delivery location, and full payment. Less than one week before scheduled countertop delivery, Wren advised--for the very first time--that my address was allegedly outside their delivery/service zone and unilaterally canceled the installation. This is a basic logistical issue that should have been flagged at the outset, not months after contract execution and payment, and certainly not days before delivery. Wren knew the delivery address from day one and had already delivered cabinets there weeks earlier. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The last-minute cancellation caused major disruption during the holidays, leaving my kitchen unfinished after being repeatedly assured everything was on track.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even worse, Wren provided zero assistance in finding replacement options--despite their affiliation with Home Depot--and simply refunded the amount I had paid months earlier, plus a token $500 for my "troubles," essentially telling me to "have a nice holiday."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was a clear breach of contract and raises serious consumer protection concerns. The entire experience reflects poor internal controls, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers' time and planning. I would give negative stars if I could! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I hired Wren Kitchens (including the installation services) to replace the kitchen cabinets and countertop in my one-bedroom condo - using the same exact footprint as the previous kitchen. The project was initiated in June 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]ISSUE #1: Many delays on their end with the financing process, ordering and delivery of the cabinets.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The installation of the cabinets occurred the last week of July 2025. After the installation was completed, I reviewed the install with their third-party installer and i was told that one of the cabinets that Wren sent had a faux drawer. This was not what I ordered! However, that said, being third-party contractors, they installed this wrong cabinet regardless because they don't get paid unless they complete their work order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told that I needed to contact Wren Customer Service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ISSUE #2: Once the cabinets were finally what I thought correct, I made arrangements to have the countertop templated. When the countertop was delivered and installed, it did not come with the 4" backsplash. Again, the third-party installers told me that I need to call Wren Customer Service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Wren Customer Service told me that the backsplash was left off the original order by my Showroom Designer (Norwalk, CT).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once the backsplash was added to the order, I was sent an email with a delivery & Install date. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was also contacted by the installer directly the night before the install date to confirm the install date/time, however, on the day of install, the installers were a no-show![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I finally contacted them directly at 4:00 pm and was told to contact Wren Customer Service. Wren Customer Service then told me that my upfronts were never, in fact, fabricated! Fast forward two more weeks, and the upfronts were finally fabricated, delivered and installed the last week of September 2025. MAJOR ISSUE #3: It is now mid-October, and we are putting the refrigerator and stove into their respective locations and the stove DID NOT FIT! Now, being completely frustrated at Wren's utter incompetence, I had an independent kitchen designer come out to remeasure/check Wren's measurements. It was determined that Wren's measurement of one of the walls was incorrect by one inch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My first call was to the Manager of the Norwalk Showroom because they were the ones who conducted the initial measurements but I was told to call Wren Customer Service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After several calls and multiple attempts to escalate my issue, I finally spoke to someone in Wren Restitutions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Long story short, I had to have a plumber come to disconnect the faucet, sink and dishwasher so that Wren could come and rip out the countertop & backsplash (damaging the walls in the process) and then the installers had to move the base cabinets to the left one inch. There is much more to the story, including them sending a new countertop that was fabricated to the wrong/previous size! The project didn't get finalized until the week before Christmas! There were countless missed delivery and install dates, countless times they sent the wrong product, I took multiple days off from work and the unit could not be rented for 6 months! I truly hope people stay away from this company. If not, you need to hire an independent kitchen designer to double-check everything they do! And also plan to use up all your vacation, sick and personal days! read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very professional and responsive during this phase of design and cabinet selection.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bill Aucay is very knowledgeable and well versed in explaining the options and impact of the changes we have looked at. This is not our first kitchen renovatio, but has been the easiest one so far. The advent of computer design and visual rendering makes process much less threatening My rating might get even better when we see the finished product and how well it is installed into our condo space. this is an aweful company. they claim the product is infused with epoxy, strongest construction possible, it just breaks apart in your hands!!! Not even a year into it. My counter top cracked. After a few small glitches, the install was complete and I was enjoying my new kitchen cabinets and countertops. One evening, after having dinner with a friend, I was wiping the counters and the large double cabinet fell off the wall hitting me in the head, giving me a concussion. The contents were a broken mess on the floor and I stood there in shock. I called my friend and asked her to come back. She stayed with me while I waited for an ambulance to come. After more than a year, this incident is not closed. I've had to hire a lawyer, and WREN is not stepping up and compensating me appropriately for the damage that they caused by using an incompetent subcontractor. I highly recommend that you NOT use Wren Kitchens. The installer was a subcontractor of their subcontractor. There is very little accountability. Buyer beware. read more

See below for full details: I went into the Milford Showroom to look at kitchen options for my condo remodel. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted and eventually matched with a designer. Maria, was very helpful and seemed to be great at her job. She designed something that was up to my standard, price conscience, and was professional. At one point, she set up an appointment with me and my husband, but did not show, she was not in that day. That's okay-- things like that happen. The measurement team was GREAT! They prompt, thorough, and communicative with my husband and myself. They took a lot of pictures to accompany their measurements, which was critical for our kitchen design as we have a powder room and closet that impact our kitchen design. When Home Depot came to measure, they neglected to measure the powder room and closet doors and it impacted our kitchen design, so it was great to see Wren be so thorough. We did not pay for installation through Wren, we had our own contractor do it. We ran into some major issues with the showroom rep making a mistake and leaving us with not enough backsplash. After some effort, customer service reps were able to resolve the issue, refund us a certain amount, and round out our experience with Wren. Soon, we will have a beautiful, new, all white kitchen with luxury laminate countertops. read more

It would be big 0. Nightmare it has been almost 2 years. We are in our 70 s was going to be our last kitchen not so sure anymore my husband wants to rip it out and replace it. Quality is less than poor cabinets and counter tops. Tried to get them to come out and see the mess for a long time never did they did replace a few door but there where so many problems, they just didn t care. Before they were installed they had no problem stopping in. Just my husband and me in the household. Everytime I go in there I am depressed, sad. Its like a kids toy kitchen. TERRIBLE customer service. Grade F One star is too many stars. I dealt with 3 reps, while 2 just were flat out incompetant, the 3rd was a condescending jerk. The 1st install team out of NY were bad, they deliberately hid flaws, left shims behind cabinets that weren't flush to the wall, were messy with the detail work, and hurried their way out on the 2nd day. It took over a week to get the 1st set of replacement parts. They sent a 2nd install company (who were Awesome both professionally and with their outstanding customer service - CEKitchen Solutions A+) who fixed the original issues and then discovered more shoddy work. After receiving more product to fix more issues, I got ghosted by my "personal customer service rep" and it has been one runaround after another. My original install was Feb 21, almost a month later and I'm hoping today is the last day for the fixes and I can leave Wren Kitchens and their crap company in my rearview mirror. read more

Wrenn has been a nightmare for me. My kitchen still isnt complete with an install that started 6 months ago. A 3 day install is still not complete. They sub their install out and what a mess-wrong parts, not knowing where the previous guys left off to name a few. I cannot say enough good things about this business. We thought remodeling the kitchen in our new home would be a nightmare, but the folks at Wren Kitchens made the process fast, easy, and enjoyable! The new facility in Milford CT is very impressive. Everything is so well-lit and clean inside of the showroom. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we didn't get the sales-pitchy feeling at all. We couldn't be happier with our choice, and our new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous.
