I was charged $100 for the service call and…read more$160 per hour for labor, which would have been fine if work was ever done. the technician wasted a good portion of that time setting up and dealing with his own generator issues. It took him about 45 minutes just to get started, and I even had to leave to get fuel for my generator because the one he brought was too small. I spent money on them sending someone out to look at it and give me a "quote" on future service! I called for help with my RV's AC, but it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He was constantly on the phone or texting someone else, apparently getting step-by-step instructions while "troubleshooting." After all that wasted time, he told me I would need a new AC unit and left me with a bill of almost $400 for basically nothing. I would be fine if the unit was actually fixed but paying that amount just to be told I need a new one, which would cost 1700+ and a new "service call" fee of 100 is ridiculous. I'm extremely upset with how overpriced this experience was to get nothing done. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
