They finally called on Thursday, saying that it needed 2 ignition coils. They charged 397.06 total. 116 for each of the two parts needed + $17 in shop fees. ? I found the same parts online at JC Whitney for 65 each. The parts person we spoke with was rude and when we told him these parts didn't cost that much blew up "there ain't no way". Very disappointed in "small town" service. I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on!

I told him the long story she laughed and stated, he will be there in about 20 minutes. I came promptly and towed my car to MAVIS Tire. Finally , I thought I'm here, nope they were behind and under staffed. He had to take another call, but came back to tow my car again to another place, not to leave me stranded. Upon his arrival Mavis Tire, stated, they would make a way to help me. I really cannot thank him enough, I took a picture and sent it to my clients that are Truck drivers and they can share with their families.

On the day of I received no calls, emails or texts and they did not come to pick up my car nor did they reach out for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted to call twice around the fifteen minute late and hour late marks and was not able to contact anyone as their AI was not set for prompts with missed appointments. Look elsewhere, especially if your car is in good condition and only has a minor problem you're not willing to fix.
