Driving as a One Eyed Bandit is not safe nor legal. Manny explained that it could be the HID bulb, or some other problem, further explaining that parts may not be available as the vehicle is now 25 years old. ( Side note-but still good looking and still a great performance car!) Manny told me if not fixable, after market light kits may be the solution. I told Manny, do what you can. Two hours later I get a call from Manny- the lights are working! I asked what was the problem? He said "well we started the vehicle, turned on the headlights and they are on, both sides." "What" I said. "Ok, i'll be there in an hour to pick up the car." Drive down to Manny's, go in office. Manny is in there, eating lunch. But he took the time out to explain what was done. It took all of ten seconds as he said, "we didn't do anything." I asked Manny how much did I owe him for his time and efforts. He said "Nothing, we didn't do anything!" Now- this is why I am taking the time to write this review- How many times have we ever went to an auto repair shop and paid Nothing! Go anywhere else and it's a fee that is the Arm and Leg! And those shops will give you the bill with a big smile! Well-Manny's Service Center deserves Ten stars for his honesty and integrity! Have a Honda- bring it to Manny's Service Center. Have a Acura- Bring it to Manny's Service Center. Honest people in the auto repair industry is a rare find. When you find one, you want to spread the word, I am spreading the word! Highly Recommend Manny's Service Center for your vehicle's regular maintenance and for those repairs that are needed. It should be noted that this is the fourth time using Manny's Service Center, regular oil change, new alternator and for a new radiator. Each and every time, work done expertly and timely. And what's more important, the costs were reasonable. What more can I say- go to Manny's Service Center. It's a no frills place. No big waiting room, just honest and friendly people who do a great job.

I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it. My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. You definitely will be paying for maintenance but that is the price for keeping your vehicle in service and not broke down. It is honest service price in my opinion. Express Oil Change # 3090 945 Husk Box Way…read moreGrovetown, GA 30813 07/24/2026 Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for AC work; they replaced the A/C compressor and the condenser. They did not replace the brackets on the AC condenser. The A/C condenser was flopping around in front of the radiator. I discovered this when I went to replace my daughter's headlights. They were going to charge me double the retail pricing on the needed parts. $670.00 for the A/C compressor; my retail cost was $335.00. $270.00 for the A/C condenser; my retail cost was $135.00 at the local O'Reilly's. They were doubling the retail price and were going to charge me that ridiculous amount of money for the parts. I bought the parts, picked them up, delivered them to the repair shop, and saved myself over $470.00. They charged me over $1,200 in labor. On 08/23/26, when I discovered the missing brackets while replacing the headlights, I drove to "Pull a Part" and bought used brackets from a junk-yard vehicle, went home, and installed them to prevent any damage. On 08/24/26, I showed the Service Manager, Paul, my photos and video and explained the problems I had uncovered. He tried to tell me that the brackets might have been missing and that the mechanic was younger. He then gave me $10 in cash from his pocket for the brackets and offered me a free oil change to keep my business. I told him that if the brackets were missing, why was I never notified, and why was nothing mentioned on my invoice/receipt? Paul provided me with the District Manager's business card and said he would be at the shop tomorrow, and I could come back and see him. On 08/25/26, I met with Paul, the Service Manager, and Terry Grimes, the District Manager. I showed both of them my photos and the video. (which I had previously shown Paul). I explained my displeasure with the quality of workmanship. Terry tried to convince me that the brackets had not been on the vehicle when I brought it in for repair work. I informed him this shop was the only facility that had ever done AC repairs on this car. I played devil's advocate and asked: if the brackets weren't there when the car came in, why wasn't I informed of the missing brackets, and why wasn't anything ever listed on the invoice? Terry asked me what I felt was a solution. I informed him that since I discovered the problem, I had to spend over an hour driving to the junk yard, removing the needed parts, and then driving home and putting the missing parts back on my car. I felt that he owed me 2 hours of his labor rate for my inconvenience. He was very emphatic that that wasn't happening. He offered no other solutions or suggestions. A Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint is the next step. Corporate has refused to return any of my calls for on-line requests for 3 weeks. Terrible workmanship, unresponsive management. An upset customer who will never return!

One of the "brothers" was intoxicated? and should not have been operating heavy machinery. There was one point were i thought the altercation was going to get physical...im a 115 lb woman, and did not feel safe in that atmosphere. When he finally brought my car around, after a lot of shouting and cursing, he had been petty and messed up my car clock.
