I pulled into the parking lot and the sign clearly states that part is only for the Jewelry Connection. Not wanting to start off on a bad foot, I backed out thinking their parking must be in the back. I drove around behind the store and there was no indication of any parking for the Gun Connection. I called to inquire where the parking might be found and was told that the parking was right in front, they are the same business. The indignant tone (as though I am the biggest idiot to not know that) put me off but I was determined to visit because I love gun shops and this might be my new go-to place. I went and parked in the front and entered the store only to find all jewelry and a fairly impressive Yeti collection. I asked where the gun store might be. I was pointed toward a door that was locked. I was told to go through that door so I tried it. Again, it was secured. I decided to leave stating it was clear this store does not want my business. The young man said thanks for stopping in and I was out of there. If this is ANY representation of their customer service, please stay away from this place!!!

So I filed a claim with Ashley Furniture and they denied my claim stating it was an "as is item". No working number for extended warranty and no email.
