We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

During our consultation we looked at different samples of flooring. We were educated on the differences between the types of flooring we were interested in which were, hardwood, luxury vinyl and carpeting. After learning about the differences in flooring, we narrowed our decision down to carpet and luxury vinyl. We received the quotes for both carpeting & luxury vinyl fairly quick. They were both reasonably priced which we were very happy with and we decided on the luxury vinyl. We originally were going to go with a pattern that had some grey hues to it but did some research online and found a deeper color vinyl that we fell in love with. We called David and asked if he had that specific tile available. He didn't have it in stock so he ordered it for us!!!! We were very happy that he was able to accommodate our request. David arrived on time the day of installation. The rest is history. We will be using Sierra Carpet to change the flooring in our remaining rooms, hallway and staircase. We bought our home 4 years ago now and were ready for a change. The carpet we had was 9 years old. Now we have the most beautiful flooring in our living area. So before we did the tile, we let him go. He may have tile skills; but we couldn't afford to take the chance! Damaged our stairs taking down cabinets that he said he would use on another job (where people might be in need); but actually for himself and his outdoor kitchen. He ended up going through our belongings and emptying two drawers without permission and just took them while we were not home. Bill claims to have electrical, plumbing and contracting skills. Do not hire him to do any of that!!!! Seemingly nice man that boasts about his skills and tells you how he will walk out if he doesn't like how you handle things. Should have known better when he told me about his last clients, how they didn't pay him, he could sue them and walked out on them shortly after beginning the project... They begged him to come back??!! Could not figure out how to install a ceiling fan wall switch. Opened three fans and strewed them all over kitchen, dining room and living room. Did not clean up any of his mess & left our home and our deck in complete disarray. He wanted to be paid for every hour he was at our home even though he wasn't working on anything!!
