We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

They have the latest state-of-the-art equipment, that produced an almost dust-free job. Best of all, their willingness to work with us; to assist in moving furniture and refrigerator was something that other contractors either refused, or wanted to charge additional fees. The entire home with almost 1,000 sq ft in hardwood floors were completed on-time, and the completed job is far superior that the original finish that was applied when the floors were originally installed. We were somewhat reluctant to allow any contractors in, after an absolute nightmare we experienced with having our entire interior painted. Right from the start; Tom and Jake were extremely sensitive to our concerns regarding a just-painted home; and all brand-new carpets. We ended up with a visually perfect finish; no scratched walls; and no coating overlap onto our new carpets.
