Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. Instead of answering my questions, she gave us information that was completely unrelated to what we were asking. When I tried to clarify, the lady at the front desk spoke to us in a demanding and disrespectful way, telling us things that had nothing to do with our situation. She even started blaming my daughter, calling her irresponsible for not attending classes last year. I understand the importance of responsibility, and I disciplined my daughter when she missed classes in the past. But the way the lady at the front desk spoke to us was very defensive and unprofessional, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I spent my money expecting good service, but instead I felt disrespected and ignored. I do not recommend dealing with this place if you want clear information and respectful treatment.

He was repeatedly impatient and cutting me off, becoming increasingly hostile and verbally abusive. Said I was talking "like an idiot", insisted I "get to the point" very early on, and insisted that I should have called with feedback more immediately repeatedly, though I articulated why I didn't call back right away. And it was only 2 weeks later. The Holladay instructor, Ron I believe his name is, was not communicative and I didn't feel safe while on the road. But Brian was temperamental, hostile, and made the whole experience much more painful, with personal insults to boot. I never called him any name, and to be told in a loud voice that you are "like an idiot" is never a good experience. I advise anyone to look to other driving schools.

When she's gets out of class she's excited to talk about her day at school with me and then again when her dad comes home from work. We are enrolling her in the next school year to. We are new to the area and when I asked around my neighborhood for preschool recommendations about twenty families from my neighborhood sent their kids here. It's probably a three mile drive and I'm sure there is at least 10 preschools in all directions of my neighborhood they picked this one. Bottom line my daughter is happy there.
