When I went in to ask her about it, because I am the one paying for it, she yelled at me her list of all sorts of things I needed to do. None of which was even what I came in to talk about. So, I asked how to do it and she yelled again saying she couldn't tell me anything because, even though I'm listed as a driver, the policies aren't in my name (they're in my deceased grandma's name). I could almost understand that part but why yell out the things I need to do about the policies if she isn't allowed to talk to me about them? Why yell at all? She even yelled "How can a dead person be listed as a driver!" to which I replied, "You're the one who still has her listed even though my mother showed you the death certificate already". I left bawling in tears because of her rudeness and the way she was so inconsiderate in making a difficult time way worse.

Her phone number goes straight to Allstate and Allstate claimed that I do not have a policy with them. The last thing you want to do is to be transferred after transfer, when dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. So frustrated and mad.
