Everyone was very warm and understanding. The doctors were very patient and listened. The nurses were the same. I actually had a favorite nurse, Ani. I had to stay for a couple of days so I did see a rotation of staff, Very happy with the way I was treated. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks I had to return for more care. I was greeted like an old friend. Gold Beach Hospital has what we refer to as 1950 small town charm.

She ordered the blood test which came back negative for herpes and I went to the 5th street clinic, the dr examined me and just as I had thought, chemical burn from the bath bomb. Plus the NP talked about herself the entire time while wheeling her podium around the room which was so odd. Don't waste your time seeing Linda. She honestly doesn't know what she's talking about.

I was treated with dignity and concern and she was able to answer all my questions, taking time to explain lung function and what does and does not target solutions. I have seen three Urgent Care doctors this month for the same problem, only to be given a new RX and sent on my way quickly. Dr. Schwartz is not only intelligent, but wise as well- and that's what patients need- not just the obligatory twelve minutes and send you out the door.
