Not only was the receptionist rude to me both times she actually hung up on me. The first time I called she said I would need $500 yet the second time she said it would be $1,000. The sad thing is, I have enough money to pay for the whole pregnancy and birth with cash but was never given an opporutnity to explain this to her. After being hung up on I called back (for a third time). She answered the phone and put me on hold then must have gone on her lunch break because I was on hold so long that when I finally hung up and called back the recording said to call back during regular business hours. WOW! If this lady was representing my business I'd fire her. I guess I'll be looking for another doctor.

Then refused to put me back on the diazepam I had and started cutting me off the Diaz Pam which was the only thing that was helping me in my disability. I tried another doctor in the office, she was just as young and inexperienced. Stay away from this place at all costs. It's a whole new breed running this office and they don't know what's going on. And Keith, my Anesthesiologist, was a real knock out. If you have a procedure that needs attention, I would strongly suggest that you contact this center. They seem to handle it all. And beyond that, they are more than capable of providing excellence and professionalism.
