I called Blue Dolphin in October to rekey all the locks and make me keys for a home we had purchased. I had never had locks rekeyed when moving to a new home. I guess I just assumed the previous owners turned in all the keys. I feel so much better knowing I hold the only keys! They were able to come out the next day, they were quick and it was far less than I had expected. They clean and service the locks as well. They said the locks had never been rekeyed and we are the third owners so who knows how many spare keys were floating around out there. I would highly recommend them! read more

I was visiting my Dad on Saturday in Venice and we went for a walk on the beach near Sharkey's. I have a Ford Escape that has a keyless entry system on the door, so I left my keys in the car, as I have done several times a week in the past year, and didn't think twice about it. Much to my dismay, when I returned to my car, the key panel was broken and I was locked out. I was trying to save a few bucks by using AAA, but when they told us it was going to be over 2 hours for someone to get there, we decided to check out some local locksmiths.
