I'll admit, being a retired service member, I can be a bit on the OCD and critical side. But I cannot find a complaint about these guys. I was highly impressed. I recently purchased a older stone home in Chester County which utilizes the original duct system for forced air heat. The registers and air returns were completely clogged with 60 years of crap, essentially I was paying to heat the dirt in the ducts, and not really getting any airflow into the house. I found Wright Restoration Services through a recommendation of a friend and gave them a call. Within a day that had come out to do a meet and greet, inspect the situation, and offer me some options on what would fit my budget and what really had to be addressed. Coordinating a time to execute the scope of work provided was easy and extremely hassle free. Wright showed up on time, prep'ed the entire house to keep it clean, and started sucking out some impressive volumes of crap from my ducts. They were friendly, talkative, and very engaging during the entire event. While I hope that I don't need to use them again, for obvious reasons, I will certainly be calling them for future services, and recommending them to my friends without hesitation. read more

After being convinced for a few years there was mold in my Sister's house that was causing her allergies and skin irritations etc, we contacted Wright to remediate mold found in the basement around one of the vents. Once in the home, Craig and his team worked for 2 solid days. They opened up supply and return duct and thoroughly vacuum removed (using a special HEPA vacuum system) cleaned, all of the molds, dust, and debris and then, killed anything left including any remaining mold spores, by using a fungicide. They were very professional. They showed us all the ducts, as they were doing the job, and then sent us the before and after pictures attached below, showing the mold and dirt infestation and finished, clean ducts. We had a house fire with little physical damage but an enormous smoke and soot damage. To see our home the day after was to believe it could never be back to normal. Much to our pleasure we experienced positive results in a short time and a fantastic restoration when completed. The team work relentlessly and exhibited a sincere desire and drive to put our home and lives back together as quickly as possible. They were more concerned about us than they were about "punching the clock" or taking a break. We actually had to muscle them into taking a much deserved lunch or little break. Ditto w/ what my Husband, Micah, said... I would add he carried heavy, expert equipment into the house to "test"...even w/ a dislocated shoulder & cracked ribs!!! OMG ;) I had thought I'd set up the appt. by email, but I hadn't sent my final one, so when we both realized the missed communication, he made good on it & said he would be here right as soon as he finished appt elsewhere! I can't say enough about the work Wright did for us. We had a mold issue that required replacement of a large section of subfloor, drywall, trim work, and tile removal and installation. They even picked up a large kitchen cabinet for us and reinstalled it when the carpenter who rebuilt it was concerned about installing it due to the coronavirus. They were always very responsive, professional and extremely courteous, even checking in with us every day to see how the work went that day. very professional business kept the appointments on time And notified me when their crew would arrive at my house. They did a excellent job at cleaning up my basement and removing the mold which was caused by a pipe break and a 40+ year old dehumidifier failing. They put down drop cloths to protect the floor and even mopped it every night before they Left. Very pelite crew asked every time if they could use the bathroom. Excellent customer service. The company was out as soon as we called them when we had water damage. They worked in getting the job done in a timely manner and were very neat. The time estimate to finish the repairs did take a little longer because we had to wait for them to get the vinyl flooring but that was not of their fault. After a hot water heater leaked in the office above me, Wright Restoration came to dry/replace the carpets, replace the ceiling tiles and drywall, and spray to prohibit mold growth. The crew was professional and personable. They used herb based solutions to deter mold growth. This was extremely important to me being that I was due to deliver my first child the every next day. I would highly recommend this company and would quickly use them should I ever need their services in my own home. read more

These guys are very professional and do a great job. I used them to repair a ceiling that was wet from a leak. They did everything they said they would do including meeting with my adjuster to get the necessary material to fix the ceiling correctly. They communicated with clearly and often.. They treat the employees terribly. They may do well for the customers. But internally it was chaos when I was there.
