I dropped my knives on his porch and picked them up after my son went to bed in the evening. He was flexible and communicative. I dropped of 7 knives and my kitchen scissors and it was less than $40 for the whole lot. My knives are better than when they were new and I am blown away. He is so reasonable and did a great job.
