This place is really wild! A huge space with lots of random things of all kinds- clothing, jewelry, tapes, VHS's, pins, collectibles, vintage Playboys, comics, you name it! The two young guys working the front were super kind and chill. They were very friendly from the moment we walked in, and Quentin (the employee of the month) really deserves a raise, although I also think he's the boss. We found a cool red v-neck cardigan for $30 (IZOD), and a couple tiny hands that fit on a single finger. We would definitely like to spend more time looking in here! read more

This place is very interesting on the fact that the antiqued choices aren't standard. A lot of the items can be a tease but try what u like. some irems have its own lil twist. It is always a benefit to the consumer to shop at a place that is different in a good way yet intriguing at the same time. Rated as a returnable place. rent is high. customer service is fast and friendly. waiter is knowledgeable and takes time to review rent items. fair prices and items are in tge range of $10 -$20. It's likely that you'll find the owner's dog laying outside this business next to the open door entering this shop weather permitting, he's a very friendly pooch so there's no need to be alarmed it's doubtful he'll even alert the owner of your presents. This shop is filled with a wide range of stuff, some interesting some not so interesting but this kind of merchandising is subjective anyway so you'll either love it or think it's just okay but I'd say you definitely won't hate it, as far as the prices go I thought they were more than fair on most of the items I was interested in. The owner was very friendly and engages the customers so if you have any questions he's more than willing to tell you what he knows. I was surprised to see the limited number of antique shops in Savannah especially in this part of town where the most tourists are. I'm definitely returning when back in the area... read more

LOUD music blasting made this a quick visit. Old bottles, vintage linens, and the usual assortment of glassware, old toys, and comic books. They had some lovely ladies fans and a great old phone booth but nothing "antique ". Parking is very difficult; get a ticket from the machine in front of the store and put it on your dash, like in Seattle. read more

I would classify this as a vintage and funky goods store. They have several booths and the booths are small, but expect lots of vinyl, women's vintage clothing, knick knacks, and some vintage toys. There are a couple booths with a mix of historic items and reproduction maps and various artifacts. Nothing I couldn't live without, so I again left empty handed. read more

Fun store in a historic building just a block from bustling Broughton Street downtown, with an eclectic mix of vintage, retro and antiquities. Not much furniture but quite a few booths to plunder and find unique items including vintage: clothing, vinyl, jewelry, artwork, civil war items, maps, ceramics, cameras, radios, weird, unusual, rustic, toys, books, etc. Friendly staff and owner. Parking can be tricky but you can usually find on-street parking close by. They are now open 7 days a week from noon -5pm most days but til 6pm on Saturdays. I like going on Mon or Tues when downtown is a little quieter! I also love Smokehouse BBQ and the Mojito bar which are just a few doors down. Park, shop, dine, drink! read more

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! I was looking at dresses on a rack and there was a shelve below the dresses and apparently someone had put down something made of glass on top of the bottom of one of the dresses and as I moved the dress to get a better look at it the glass thing that I didn't even see or know was there rolled off and broke. I brought it to the front and apologized and explained what had happened and the dude simple said we have a you break it you buy it rule and he made us pay for it....I have never been to a place that enforced this rule....he was extremely rude about it too..so I ended up paying 20$ for a random piece of glass that broke and wasn't even my fault.. read more

I was walked around the town today and felt like visiting an antique mall so I went here. When I arrived there was this party of four, two of them were walking in and two of them were standing outside talking so I followed the two entered the shop. I was looking at the items by the door once after I entered, then after about two minutes, this lady standing behind the counter said to me "we are at our maximum capacity, and, there is a line in front of you!", in a hard voice. Ok, I understand that there is limited capacity of this shop, but how did I know it was a line? No body told me nor am I a mind reader. She just prejudiced me as someone cut in the line without even saying anything, and have that poor attitude and tone. Disgusting. read more

Today is TUESDAY I drove all the way from Charleston, SC to check out some Antique Malls in Savannah. I parked in a parking garage which of course I had to pay for, walked my happy ass over to State St ( mind you I'm using gps on my cell) to find this Antique Mall. The time is 6:00pm when I approach the door, guess what!!! It's locked, the cashier and people inside see me!! I start to walk away and I see a person unlocking the door to let some customers out and they close and lock the door. I don't even want to give them 1 star !! See hours next OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! Monday-Saturday 10-7, Sunday 12-5 *****UPDATE*****1/2/13 Okay so I decided to give Wright Square Antique Mall a second chance, I mean everyone deserves a second chance right!! I spent Thanksgiving in Savannah, I remember how badly I wanted to check out this Antique Mall on my last trip, see above! =) I stayed at The Haunted Hotel 17hundred90 Inn, so it was a nice walk to the mall. Okay, I LOVED IT!!!! Everything from the selection to the prices, to the customer service. As a first time visitor to Savannah, I didn't expect it to be such a bustling metropolis. In the thick of it all, my party managed to bump into this perfect antique store. This place is everything I look for in an antique store, containing a great variety of items from vintage clothing, furniture, jewelry, knick-knacks and art pieces to records and cute old telephones! I found just what I was looking for in a cardboard display for the Tron:Legacy movie for the reasonable amount of $40. read more

I pass by this place all the time, but finally, I stopped in. I'm a lover of all things vintage, so I immediately fell in love here. The shop has jewelry, clothing, home goods, signs, books and more. I found some beautiful pearl hoop earrings for $4. The owner was incredibly helpful and nice. He knows fine things when he sees them. I'm just glad he's willing to share with the rest of us. Take a deep breath though: it's kind of a hodge podge of organized clutter. But I think those are the best conditions to find treasures. Super cute antique store with great customer service. It has a nice selection of vintage and antique goods. I much prefer this type store to some of the other more fancy antique stores downtown. I'm probably a bit spoiled as far as antique malls go because I usually visit them in more rural areas. Prices were a bit higher than what I am used to, but I'm certain overhead is far higher here! There are a few reproduction items priced as antique. Very interesting variety and definitely worth a walk through! WARNING if you bring children: there are Playboy magazines in plain view in a few booths so just a heads up that you may want to shuffle them past those. read more

A fun shop to stop by during your downtown visit. Full of history and a unique collection of various pieces that remind you of yesteryear! Vendors equal consignment, which offers some reasonable pricing. Smaller space for these type venues, however it is downtown. A quick walk through and you just might find a "take away" just for you. read more

I can think of no better place to find a memento of my visit to such an historic city than a cool little antique shop! The vendors at this particular antique mall were a nicely diversified bunch running the gamut from nick-nack to paddy-whack. I particularly enjoyed searching through the selection of antique prints and bought a lovely vintage postcard already matted and ready to frame. I also found a stack of mid-century quilt blocks that will be a fine addition to my next sewing project. read more

Some friends and I were in town visiting for another friends birthday, and we just happened to stumble upon this store on our walk to brunch. We made sure to pop back around afterwards, and I am SO happy we did. There was a lot to look at, and I didn't make it through the whole store, but they have some really cool things to admire and look at. I spent the entire time going through most of the record collection, and found 3 good gems! The gentleman that were working in the store that day were super kind, but also let you look on your own which I appreciated. When I was checking out, he noticed I had one Streisand record, so showed me a Christmas one of hers they had just put out. SOLD. One of my favorite antique places in the historic area. They have some wonderful smaller size pieces. Most of the other antique places are large furniture, jewelry or fine China kind of places. This place had more of my kind of stuff, like rustic which I love and more old knick-knacks. I bought an old 1950s record player cabinet with red upholstery for only $50 and I scored a green Hunter S. Thompson style dealer visor for only $5. Nice location, friendly staff and exciting pieces to dig thru....can't ask forore than that. read more

This is MY kind of antique mall, the kind you have to explore every corner and you'll find loads of nooks and crannies here. Prices are in line. We were hunting for books and maps to help in genealogy and were not disappointed. I also found vintage tea things and jewelry that would have been fun. The staff was very friendly and we also chatted with a couple of vendors fluffing their booths. It takes time to see everything. This is not where you go to find furniture, there are many other fine shops for that in Savannah. read more

This review is LONG overdue!!!! I apologize Alton........I had a amazing time at this antique mall. First being greeted so warmly by Alton was a great start to my shopping. I found a gorgeous cashmere bag that had been barely used and when I asked for a better price Alton put the wheels in motion promptly, he was able to call the dealer & spoke so highly of my charms that the dealer gave in and modified the price. What a doll!!!!! I cruised around the store for a while & came up w/some vintage kitchen utensils, a lovely leopard collar, a gorgeous bottle opener in the shape of a flapper & a mini vanity mirror. The whole time I was shopping Alton was helpful and very friendly. It was a highlight of my visit to Savannah.....truly the most hospitable city in the U.S. I'll be back........................PS..I had forgotten my receipt on the counter & Alton took the time to track me down and SENT IT TO ME!!!!! They had a lot of stuff, nothing jumped out at me except for the prices. Maybe a year ago they were more reasonable. I was looking at some of their vintage clothing and there was nothing under 35 dollars which I could forgive if they had nice pieces. Stained vintage clothing shouldn't be that expensive. I looked at some of their train cases, most were 30 and up with no mirror, tray, or keys! If they reduced the cost of most of the items by $10-20 they may be able to move some of their stuff. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. I have given a lot of business here and i have never been treated so rudely by a person in customer service, let alone by the business owner. Since i used to enjoy this place so much I was excited to show my 15 year old sister the vintage clothing. She apparently didn't put the clothing away after trying it on and when I came back a couple weeks later with my mother sister and law and six month old son he verbally chastised me in front of them. In a confrontational and heated manner he said that he was very upset with me and that my little sister did not put away clothes properly leaving them sprawled. Shocked that he was so belittling and rude in front of my family I simply apologized and went on to show them the shop. Later when I was browsing by myself he apolized in a condescending manner that was equally as rude. I haven't been back to the store since then because of how embarrassed he made me feel after beeing such a loyal customer (buying a record player, pictures, several dresses and bags as well as bringing in other customers) there are plenty of antique stores in downtown savannah don't waste your time supporting someone who doesn't treat customers with common courtesy or respect. read more
