Despite the well being installed over twenty years ago, Travis quickly recognized that they had installed it back in 97, and just from that initial conversation I could tell that they took pride in their installations and stood by their work. Thomas and Roy were extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional. They did not waste time troubleshooting and had pulled my well pump from a depth of ~500 feet in no time at all. The well pump they installed had a service life of 15-20 years. They found that it was replaced with an underpowered pump not designed to operate at that depth - which is why it failed. Thomas found a pump with the appropriate specs. They planned to retrieve it and come back the next day. When they came back, Thomas brought back an even better pump, with a pump saver built right into the pump casing, for about the same price. Travis and Thomas put further consideration into the solution even after I had already agreed on getting the pump that would suffice. That's the type of consideration that usually only a homeowner would do for himself. Gotta love it! What's more is that I did not have to check up on them at all (which based on experience, I found I had to do with most folks in order to make sure the job got done properly). They were on task from the moment they got there to the moment they left. Even when I tried to give them a water break (actually sprite cause the well was down), they politely took away a swig then kept right on working. Outstanding gentlemen, and I couldn't imagine better service when you're in desperate need of a shower, a #2, clean laundry, and clean dishes.

It was late afternoon on a Friday when I called them to see if they could come out anytime in the near future (I wasn't expecting a miracle on a Friday afternoon... And did I mention that I live out in the boondocks?? 30 minute drive, one way to be exact). The nice young gentleman that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and said he was on his way to see what was wrong with my well. He did some troubleshooting and found the problem in minutes! He showed me what was wrong, how he could fix it and roughly what it would cost. In less than 20 minutes I had running water and everything was working wonderfully! He even gave me a quick rundown on other ways that I could improve the reliability of my well! They have absolutely AMAZING service, a wonderful staff and they don't charge an arm and a leg either! They have ALL of future business.
