We told the older lady we noticed from the outside and wanted to come check out the store, she then immediately told us it was store policy to not record or take photos, with neither of our phones even in our hands! The customer service was HORRIBLE! Christmas decor was cute but by this point we no longer felt welcome! We decided to leave because of this utter terrible experience upon our arrival. They had so many unique items to choose from, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It's a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their customers. From the outside, the boutique is pretty much nondescript, the purple siding does catch your eye, but you might mistake it for one of the bigger houses in town if you're not looking carefully. Now, once you enter you are transported to a winter wonderland of Christmas - so much so - you might forget it might be the middle of the year. In our case, we showed up just over a week shy of Thanksgiving 2023, so the Christmas spirit was starting to build up in both my wife and I. It's what made showing up at this place that much more enjoyable. They had what you would expect at a year-round Christmas shop - from the fancy to the kitschy - it was all there and I would say reasonably priced. The sales staff was super friendly and out-of-their-way helpful, it was fun just jawing with them and such. Hopefully the locals are showing this place some love - especially during the holiday season - it would be well-deserved.

I got a little brass bowl, a loose, bulk type specimen, a nice sized specialty stone, and a very large display piece -- free candies, cute fortunes, and tiny freebie stones at the register -- for less than $250. I was happy with my purchase and my entire shopping experience. the selection is phenomenal. there are crystals at every price point from just a few dollars on up to the hundreds. a vast selection of tarot cards, statues, jewelry, incense... there is something for everyone. I bet no one walks out empty handed and I also bet no one regrets their purchase or ever feels like they were ripped off. we are tourists from California but we would visit Downtown Sarasota again, and if/when I do, this store would be among my first stops. five stars across the board.
