Came to this OfficeMax during the holiday break for two things I needed. Firstly I needed some…read moreshredder oil because I needed to lubricate the metal teeth of my home office shredder and also I needed a small plastic filing cabinet for storage. I went around walking in the store trying to find the shredder oil and was having difficulty finding it. After searching I went up to someone in their copy/document department to see if she knew what aisle it was in. She wasn't even familiar with the product. She tried calling another employee or manager to assist me and no one would answer. After waiting 10 minutes I said I would look myself...after walking the store again I found it. I also found during my searches who the plastic filing cabinet was $40...way too expensive. I went and bought the shredder oil and left. Way too expensive and the service was subpar.
