Horrible and rude employees. The Fed Ex and printing center has two lazy employees walking around taking their time and Not helping customers and on top of that are very rude. This will be the last time I visit the store. I'm not sure how their headquarters is not checking up on the poor quality of the service being provided at the store. read more

Besides being a normal office supply store, they have awesome helpers in their copy center. I handed them a 300 page bound family history book and asked for a hard and digital copy. Very reasonably priced for something I just DID NOT want to do. The location is good for me, and anything off of US1 has to be at least close to convenient for anyone. read more

I'm extremely happy that I came here because Dionne at the Print Department was able to design card, provide options and get it done the same day. I visited their competitor down the street from them and since their employees had a laid back attitude I had to ask for a manager to assist me , plus it would take up to 2 days to provide me with the design. I rarely post negative reviews but I can't help this one. I came in to this store to fax five pages. First of all, the store was filthy. I would have taken pictures but my phone had died. I nice man assisted me to fax my paperwork. I didn't ask the price because I didn't think it was going to be $9 to fax five pages. I literally couldn't believe the mark up. As I sat down to wait for the confirmation, I glanced at the floor and it was so filthy that there were ants climbing at debris on the floor. Although staff was nice, the management has to step up and have this place cleaned up. Not the best experience. read more

Everyone that enters this store is going to print and they are horrible at printing. They could not center an invitation and were shocked that I wanted it centered. I left with only paying for the paper and ended up doing it at home. 97% of the population has more printing knowledge than they do. They did not even know what margins meant. read more

The store is pretty large and spacious compared to other ones. The store has a nice layout. I feel that it kinda has too much space for what they have. But everything is easy to get yourself. The store is easy to find what you're looking for. The employees are nice and helpful. Plus, it's helpful that it's located across the street from the mall. read more
