One of our stops was the White Rabbit Bakery, we heard some great things about the bakery. As you walk in your are greeted by very friendly staff. The entry has a huge display case with many sweet treats. One caught my eye, the Oatmeal Caramel Cream Whoopie Pie. Wow lots of flavor, the outer layers have a lot of flavor, love the Oatmeal blend and the Caramel Cream, so much flavor, I should have bought two of them. They also serve breakfast sandwiches and some yummy looking lunch sandwiches such as pastrami, Chipotle Bacon, Avocado and Turkey, Italian and many others. Grateful for them to be open at all and fulfilling the order 30 minutes before close. We arrived exactly as they were about to close and had our 3 sandwiches ready to go. We tried the Fratello and BLTA. Might try their gabagool for next time. Very tasty sandwiches but wished they sliced them in half. They are located in an industrial park close to department of corrections. We aren't Italian but I think they are the real deal considering the specificity in their menu.
