She's the girl with the long brown hair and is usually in a ponytail. I don't remember her name, but you'll know it's her because she is always friendly and has more than a couple of times helped me get the best deals for my money by telling me what's on sale (kettle chips once with a coupon) and (2 for whatever candy). She does her job and more for the customer and should get the recognition she deserves. Prescription after prescription not filled after being guaranteed that they would be available "the next day"...3-4 days in a row. Incompetent, rude and dismissive staff. Two reasons why people don't do their job correctly; either they don't know or they don't care. The entire pharmacy staff at this location falls into the latter category.
