Customer Service can't do a thing because Distributel doesn't own any lines and they are so cheap that they don't ever want to call the technicians from the companies that DO own the lines to do work. Nor do they actually escalate support tickets to those companies half the time because if they did, I wouldn't be here right now after months of unreliable internet with intermittent net drops for absolutely no reason at all. When I arrived, I filled out some paperwork, left a deposit, and he showed me how to operate the equipment.
