They have helped me navigate through those hard times and continue to be considered dear friends I can always reach out to. Shay and Karen truly saved my life. I am not a parent, I am a young adult who has been working with them for the past 3 years. They have stepped in and helped me when I could not rely on my own parents. They have treated me as a friend, and mentee, and almost as if I am one of their own. I love them both dearly. They have been by my side through the rough times and they have been on the other side of the bride to see me come out with success. They have guided me every step of the way. If I ever need someone to talk to in the middle of the night I feel safe calling either of them. I truly have a unique bond with them than I have ever had with any counselor or therapist. I recommend anyone needing help with counseling or treatment to run straight to them for help. They know what to do and will put you in the right direction. I even had someone tell me that Shay and Karen are a "BIG DEAL" in the recovery world. I feel honored to be their client and have such a strong bond with them. You will not be disappointed!!!!

The outdoor spaces and activity areas were impressive but it wasn't enough to make up for the crowded classrooms and general sense of overwhelming chaos. We also felt rushed through the tour as if the woman giving us the tour was thinking "take it or leave it, we obviously will fill up regardless." She also waited until we were basically out of the front door to ask if we had any questions for her. We left feeling like our son would just be another face in the crowd rather than a valued student. Maybe the new campus will resolve some of the cramped/crowded feel, but I still have issues with the general way we felt unvalued as potential parents of a student.

Principrin is an absolute gem. They also provide straightforward communications when there have been a number of cases of the flu or other viruses, and I do I feel like Priciprin does everything within their control to prevent the spread of germs. - Orientation - Like most new moms, I had a lot of anxiety about going back to work. It helped that Principrin provided a thorough packet of information and met with us individually to discuss our son's transition prior to his start date, and within a short period of time I felt very comfortable leaving him there. My son had issues with bottle refusal starting out, and they were very patient with us as we worked through it. - Staff - It's obvious that the women who work here really care about the kids. I'm fairly certain the front desk receptionist knows every child by name and 99% of the kids I've seen at pick up are in a great mood coming out. The teachers here really go above and beyond to find different activities and set up cute & creative photo shoots. - Efficiency - This is a very large facility and can be hectic since most parents drop off and pick up their kids around the same time. Generally they do an excellent job of managing the peak times and I rarely have to wait more a few minutes or so for someone to take my baby back to his classroom. The check-in and out process is done via QR code and seems secure. - Pricing - The monthly rates here are a little higher than the other facilities that we checked out in the Heights, but considering the size of the facility and level of care I feel like they are justified. 10/10 - 100% recommend!

Instead of doing month-by-month subscription, you pay for number of sessions upfront. We started our kid with a a single session to see how he liked it and then he bought more sessions in bulk (we initially bought for 10 sessions but our kid loved it so much we bought 16 more! The single session payment went towards the payment of the initial 10 sessions as well). We had a day where we weren't able to make it to our session and when we called Kids Robotic Academy they rescheduled us no problem for later that week! They get your child to build and program lego projects that they've set up. When it comes time for the end of the session, our kid will describe his project and talk about how his program works. I think not only the building and programming aspect is important learning for child at a young age but the communication skills as well! I can't recommend Kids Robotic Academy enough to others.
