He was really patient and nice, letting us try different bike frame sizes, showing us how to properly take apart the bike for transport, and suggesting accessories. Overall impression from these two was that they seem like really nice guys who love their craft. Not only can you give the bikes a ride in store, you can take it outside and try it out in the back alley which really helped since there aren't as many obstacles. They only sell Trek branded bikes, but they come in so many models and sizes (from tricycles for the tiny kids to ones with wheels thicker than my forearm). There are tons of accessories (phone mount, rear lights, bags, etc), clothing, and nutrition items to browse, and there is also seating area with coffee/drinks. They do servicing here as well and do a free 3 month and 1 year maintenance service on their bikes. Overall really happy with my first big bike purchase with TREK!

Note that they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays weekly. They don't have their own parking and there are limited spots on the street. I guess that's the point, right? Come via bike and bring your bike in so that you can get it taken care of and maybe some additional accessories for it. On my latest visit, I got the Basic tune-up package ($85) and an overhaul on the wheel hub ($35) because they noticed excessive noise on the spoke when I came in with my bike. While this does seem on the pricey side and they have other tune-up packages that are more expensive, I trust their workmanship and can walk out knowing that my bike is in the best shape and has had a comprehensive safety check. My service had about a 3-day turnaround time. I brought it in on a Thursday and they notified me on Sunday that it was complete. Do take into account that if you bring your bike in on a Sunday or Monday, this turnaround may be a little longer because of their closed days. When I received my bike, it felt good as new again and I was excited to be back on the road with it. I totally recommend EaDo Bike Co for your bike service needs. They do have bikes and accessories for sale as well. I was looking for a light to use for night riding, but the ones here were a little pricey (set for ~$150), so I opted to do some research and purchase on Amazon instead.

When we walked in, there was no one at the front, and we weren't greeted. We spent several minutes looking around without anyone acknowledging us. I pulled one bike out of the rack simply to sit on it and see if it was the right size. At that point, an employee immediately approached me and said, "I don't want anyone pulling bikes out and sitting on them." There were no signs indicating that customers should not do this, and no one had spoken to us beforehand. I'm a 53-year-old professional, and I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. The way I was approached made me feel like I was a teenager causing problems in the store, when all I was trying to do was determine whether the bike fit me. First impressions matter. Instead of feeling welcomed as a potential customer, I felt reprimanded. A much better approach would have been to greet us when we came in, ask if we needed assistance, and politely explain your policy if customers aren't permitted to remove bikes from the rack themselves. UPDATE (08/01/2026): Don't waste your time visiting this place. Customer Service is horrible. We bought 2 e-bikes from Planetary Cycles this weekend. Go check them out! Your loss Eado Bike Co.! Recently moved from California to Houston and needed to have a Texas Driver's License for a public…read moresector requirement. This meant I needed to take a road test, as an adult with 24 yrs of driving experience, 8 yrs of military and federal "motor vehicle operator's" ID, and no Class C road test appointments available for over 2 weeks at DPS. I immediately took a look on yelp, calling the Top 3 based on most reviewed in my area. Tony of Road Ready Driving School was the only licensed third-party testing center that answered. The Road Test @ Road Ready was fairly priced and time slots were available during the week. I was nervous, but competently confident. Tony was a genuine professional, and provided excellent feedback and answers to any question I had. At the end of the Road Test, he asked me about decisions I made while driving a vehicle I'm unfamiliar with and choices I made regarding why I considered not turning right on a red when I was allowed to do so. I saw he respected the logic that if you cannot see far enough down the lane you're turning into to gauge the safety of committing to the change of vehicle position, then it's best to, in my words, "hold what you've got, and commit when it is safe to do so." When my children are ready for official non-parental driving lessons, Tony is the only person I'm gladly calling because I know they will not only learn a thing or two, but also gain the confidence in the decisions they make and the reason behind their choices. Tony, it was an absolute pleasure, if we have to re-certify every year, I'd book you years in advance. 10/10 Would Recommend. Cheers. DRN

KC, Larry and Tony gave me lessons over the course of 9 months to prepare me with basic skills and help grow my confidence on the road. We started with no gas in a parking lot and slowly progressed to road driving. I found each of the instructors to be patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Lessons were always easy to schedule and Amanda at the front desk was helpful when any changes needed to be made. Prior to taking the test, Tony helped me perfect my parallel parking skills and took me on the test route multiple times to help me feel at ease. He also gave me encouragement day of the test to calm the nerves. I passed on my first try! Overall, I could not recommend this school more and will forever be grateful to them for helping me reach this milestone.

In comparison, Ridesmart was a letdown. To say the least, the organization of sessions between every time you go out to the track and head back to the classrooms was not very comfortable. Another thing I noticed that if any of the candidates from level 1 wanted to learn and follow the instructor (follow his tires) on the circuit, they would have to be lucky enough to be picked up from a bunch of raised hands. With the other school I have seen that the every candidate gets to do that one by one for at least 2 laps. As you can tell by now, having too many people enrolled in level 1 is a problem. Furthermore, when you get to the circuit you get around 10-15 mins which means by the time you are on lap 2.5 or 3 the white flag comes up and you need to head back to the classroom. In all, it was a very chaotic experience for me and by the end of the day, I was exhausted and did not feel like I learned anything valuable.
