They said they hadn't worked on it - - yet - I gave them a complete saw, I got a box of parts back! (and they then added that "They could sell me a new one") I'm speechless at this. That saw has seen our family through tough times, and saved us from downed and leaning trees around the house - and now it's a box of parts. Zero Stars.
