Extremely disappointing Stihl service - Took an older and highly valued saw to them for a cleaning…read moreand tune. After a month, they still had "not gotten to it" Went to pick it up since they couldn't get time (and I found somebody else to clean it up) - and was given a BOX OF PARTS. They said they hadn't worked on it - - yet - I gave them a complete saw, I got a box of parts back! (and they then added that "They could sell me a new one") I'm speechless at this. That saw has seen our family through tough times, and saved us from downed and leaning trees around the house - and now it's a box of parts. Zero Stars.
