They're not in a stand alone booth so they're not always present. I've had to wait 10 mins idling my car before I started to drive up the ramp to find a parking spot, which the employee then flagged me down to take my payment. Also, the winding pavement up/down the garage is extremely narrow so you have to be careful of reckless drivers going too fast at the turns. There will be standstills when two cars approach each other from opposite sides, which one car will have to yield to the other to continue driving through the garage.

And upon return, quickly pick you up and drop you off at your car. Both Airpark and their competitor just down the frontage road do this very well and are recommended. Two features that are specific to Airpark are why they are now my first choice: 1) if you're in a bigger rig (like a full-size pickup truck or a suburban) they will have you park in a section with bigger spaces. 2) when you park, not only do they give you a card with your location (to give to the driver when you return) but they also send you a text, and when you return from your trip, you can use that text to send a request to be picked up from the airport, rather than having to phone in.

At $6 for a weekend space it looks like a bargain but it comes with far too many risks to be worth it. The place needs a pressure washing and active security in place moving forward. Without these, I won't be returning.

CHEAP. Today will be the last time I use this garage. The attendant was not on site when I arrived this morning, so I took the liberty of parking myself in the spot I had been parking in for the past few weeks. (I assumed there was some type of organization). When I arrive promptly after work to pick up my car I see the attendant and woman near my car. It would appear the other person had be stuck behind my car. Normally I would apologize and move my car immediately, but the attendant blurted out "I'll have your car towed next time!". I tell him I paid for parking and his rude response was "I don't care if you paid. I only car about keys!" I get into my car and start to leave and the man walks up to my window and and tells me " you don't have to park here" and then he proceeds to ask me to get out of my car... I can not believe that City Parking pays someone to be so rude to a repeat customer. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a parking garage. Worst time and last time I will use their services. In my opinion it is worth paying for street parking or looking for a garage with better reviews.
