When he called me after doing an inspection of the problems I described and also a through check of everything He said that my motherboard had died. Then he told me that when I came into the shop he would work a deal on another computer if I wanted to. I said Heck ya. When I got there he shown me the computers and even demonstrated every feature. I bought the second one he shown me and I am so glad I did.It actually was an upgrade from what I had and it was a very reasonable price as well as Bill said he was willing to work with me on it.
