Took my phone in to get a broken camera lens replaced. It was expensive and when I picked it up they told me they can't clean anything off the camera because it could scratch it. They had already replaced the glass so now my camera doesn't work properly cause there is debris on it. There is even a shard from the old glass visible. Horrible service read more

I had a dinner at 7 so I told them I would pick up the phone around 6:30...when i got there they phone was not ready and I was told that I needed to turn off find my iphone so they could recalibrate the new phone screen on m Iphone 16 pro. It was already turned off so he went to recalibrate the phone. That night the phone kept rebooting and getting hot...I called the shop on Sunday morning and they said that I needed to go through the insurance again....I took the phone to apple and they said that there was shattered glass in the mother board and the front camera....Apple had to send it off for repair..The phone was purchased brand new in June of this year. The manager at the shop did listen but offered no solution that would justify the horrible repair. read more

Needed a new back glass on my iPhone 13 Pro. I was told they could order an Apple glass (would take a week or so to get and would be twice the cost) but the generic was just as good. Also, they would replace the battery while they had it opened up at no additional charge. $350 later I found out that the generic glass is thinner and not reinforced. It was broken within a couple of weeks. Fast forward about a year and the battery failed too. Cheap parts and untruthful sales people ruined my phone. I went to the Apple Store (they informed me that they don't sell back glass or any other parts to 3rd parties. Had to buy a new phone. Costly lesson, but I'll never go back to Ubreak I fix again. Between the 350 for the repair and the 600 for the replacement (also a 13 Pro) that back glass cost me $1000. read more

Short wait. There was one person in the store when I arrived and one outside the store. The weather was good; no problem. Once inside the store, contact information was collected and I handed over my phone. I confirmed that the cracked screen was the only problem. I was also informed that I needed to back up my phone - a fact that wasn't relayed to me when I'd called the day before. The tech asked me to unlock my phone and started the process for me - after assuring me the apps and messages would be backed up. Other than limiting the number of people in the store to one at a time, for the most part, no other precautions were taken; no gloves, nothing wiped down, no mask on the customer service guy (the guy in the back did have a mask) no attempt to limit contact, device passed back and forth multiple times. Phone condition was described as poor - though less than 4 moths old and never being out of a case since purchase. Only true blemish was cracked screen. "Backed up" my phone, because required by manufacturer, but none of the apps or messages were included in the backup though I was assured both would be by the technician prior to him backing up the device. No apparent problem with the screen replacement. Still reinstalling my apps. As the only authorized Google pixel repair service in the area I would have to go back or buy another phone. Parking isn't a problem and store was clean and well organized; it appears to be a pretty new store. read more

Terrible service. I booked an onsite repair and had a no show on the first visit. I rebooked, the repair person was 45 mins late. He communicated so I was not upset. When he arrived, in sweats, I said he only did warranty work and instructed me to book an appointment in-store which I did. I made an 11 am appt for a week later. Upon arrival the line was 6 deep but I was patient. 20 minutes later, I get to the desk only to find out that I could not get my phone back until 4:30. (What was the purpose of an appointment) My repair was also a simple glass replacement which could be done in 20 minutes. How do I know? I formally ran service for a major phone brand. My advice is if you are going to use these guys, be prepared to be without your phone for a minimum of 1/2 a day. read more

I have brought 2 Pixel XL phones here to have screens replaced since they are supposedly the official Google phone repair shop. Both times after a month or 2,a half of the screen started to glitch out like an old analog TV. When I brought it in, they said it wasn't under warranty any longer. Also, it says repairs while you wait, but when you go there the doors are locked and they say it'll take days to fix your phone. After they finally came to the door, I heard one of the guys in the back say, "Whoops, I broke the front glass." I would not recommend bringing your phone here. read more

Avoid this place at all costs, if you can send directly to insurance or manufacturer for a repair then save yourself stress , gas cost, and a headache of dealing with people who don't care about your device or your issue. Dropped my phone off for a manufacturer warranty repair ... guy tells me my phone is not under warranty so I left and called Samsung for them to tell me it is under warranty... so there goes $50 in gas making two trips to the store right there. They go on to call me a few days later to say my phone will be ready for pickup Tuesday. I come in Tuesday to the same guy who was all cool when I dropped my phone off now switched attitudes then to tell me it's not ready like he's annoyed I'm there, "it's at 30% and we put it on at 9am" basically making a subtle hint it may not be finished today. I ask if I should hang around or come back later because I don't live close to here and gas cost is hurting me with what is suppose to be a FREE WARRANTY repair.... He shrugs and says "we'll call you" in a condescending tone in front of the line like i was holding up his day. It's funny how they are all cool and kind to get your business then they don't give a damn about you after that... don't forget that they have the most important personal device and passwords of yours!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment through verizon to have a cellphone repaired. After the appointment was scheduled, I received an email from uBreakiFix confirming my appointment time. When I got to the store, the person working there told me that appointments are meaningless and that they would not honor the appointment time. They tried to put the blame on Verizon, despite sending me this nice email earlier in the day confirming my appointment time. read more

TLDR: per the employee there, appointments are meaningless. do not expect your phone to be worked on at your appt time or within the two hours of your appt time as advertised. My husband shattered his screen in his iPhone 7+, so we made an appt for 3pm the following day. When he arrived for his appt, the person working there said they were all booked up and wouldn't get it back today despite an appt and advertised 2 hour turn around time. My husband was confused given he had an appt; when questioned further, the employee stated that "appointments just get your name in the system, it doesn't guarantee your device will be serviced at that time." My husband was understandably frustrated, as that kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment...given my husband needs his phone for work and can't go multiple days without it, we found another place in oxmoor mall that fixed his screen in 30 minutes for a cheaper price. We totally understand a business being backed up - but if that's the case, online appts should reflect that and the business should own how misleading their current protocol is. Just wanted to share in case others are considering using this service and think that their appt time means that is when it will get serviced. Wish we had known! read more

Don't trust this place. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. Dropped off my MacBook for a cracked screen - tech told me they fried the hard drive while replacing the screen. Then they recycled the MacBook while I was waiting for word from management about a replacemeant or reimbursement. I now have nothing to show for this - nothing. They refuse to do anything about it. Here is exactly how my experience went, I walked in and told them I needed a screen replaced on an iPhone 12 Pro. He took my phone and went to the back and told me he had to go ask about a price. The majority of their business is replacing screens. How do you not have the price offhand. He came back and gave me three different prices for three different types of screens. All which were way over the average on the Internet, and at other stores, when I argued about the price, he said that he could go talk them down some. They're playing a big game to see if they can fish people into paying too much money. After arguing the price I got it down to what the average at other stores were around town, it only took about three hours and they did fix it that day. For price reference they told me that the screen replacement would be $250 when in fact it was 120 everywhere else the AT&T store recommends this store to fix your screens, I believe they are in bed with one another and trying to get people to pay too much further screen replacement so that they will return to AT&T and turn their phone in cracked. read more

All of the employees at this location were very friendly and accommodating. The screen repair on my iPhone was estimated to take about an hour and when I returned about 75 minutes later, after hitting some shops, it was ready to go! I did purchase a screen protector from the store and they installed it for me which was great, I'm very bad at those things. I went to store because I saw a 23% student discount going on for all products. at store on the electronic billboard it also showed the promo going on, when asked about it I was told even though they show it here, they don't honor it in ky. but I could drive to Tennessee. website also states price match guarantee but apparently that doesn't apply to their own company. I called the corporate # and was told the promo should have been honored and they would call the store and find out what was going on and get back to me, they never called back, so i called again a few days later and they said they saw my info about call and transferred me to "someone who knew about the situation" after being transferred the person who answered had no idea about anything, seems I was just pawned off to someone else. at that point, I declined to go over the info for a 3rd time seeing I wasn't getting anywhere and they had my info, but never heard back. false advertising and terrible customer service!!! read more

Great service. These people listened and did what was expected and promised at a fee that was less than others and faster than originally estimated... MUCH faster than what competitors quoted me. I was having issues with my iPhone 7+ charging. Despite the new model (okay...a couple models later) just coming out, I loved this phone and wasn't ready to give up on it yet. I already replaced the battery as a first step, and it still did the same thing. After lots of research and testing it myself, I was pretty sure it was the charging port (although I'm a mom, I have multiple engineering degrees, including one in EE). Due to this being a bigger installation and the component itself being 1/4-1/2 the price, I decided to take it somewhere to be done. I first took it to another place that does phone repairs, where the other people didn't listen to anything I said, talked over me, and told me I was wrong. They just kept saying both batteries may have been bad, which was a possibility, but my phone would still charge to 100% if the charger was held in just the right spot...any shift at all and it lost connection and wouldn't charge. After raising their voices, the other place agreed to replace the charging port, but kept telling me I was wrong, and I would pay whether it worked or not (which I was okay with because I was certain it was my charging port). The other place then changed the time it would take to fix it from 1-1.5 hours to 3-4 hours minimum. At this point, I was fed up, grabbed my phone, and walked out...now at the point I was going to order the component online and fix it myself. As driving home on Shelbyville Road, I saw this place, made a sharp right turn into their parking lot, and walked in. Immediately an associate was up front to help me. I told him my problem. His immediate response was that it was probably my charging port considering the other details I gave him about the two different batteries and that it would obtain 100% and hold a charge. He gave me a quote to fix it, which was less than the other place. He also said that they would connect the new charging port initially to see if the problem resolved before completing the installation to make sure I was fixing the right component and not wasting money. Although he quoted 1-1.25 hours, my phone was back to its old self much faster than that. And my case was on its last leg, and by getting service there, I got a new case at discount on their already reasonable prices. I am extremely happy that I saw their sign on the way home and will use them again if needed in the future. read more

It has been 6 full days and I have not had any communication about my IPhone. I dropped it off at 12pm on Saturday and was told it would take a few hours. It is now Friday. This is a long time to fix a cracked screen, but AT&T sent me here and it was busy. Then I came back a few hours later and they said it would be 24-72 hours. After 3 days, no email. I drove to the store and there was a sign on the door. Closed due to illness. I then have contacted online chat daily and they assure me that each day they will open the next day. That has still not happened. I am clueless as to what to do as no one from the store has ever contacted me. Today the online chat person told me that because of Covid no one can go into the store.... Sounds fishy. I was also told by AT&T that they are dropping their contract with UBreakIFix as they have had issues long before this.... I would NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. Tried contacting Jeffersontown store to get repair estimate for my Samsung tablet. Left VM a week ago still no return call. Tried booking appt. online, their app shows no open dates Feb thru June would not let me enter a date or time. Received an email confirming appt on Sunday night when the store isn't even open. Tried rescheduling that appt it defaulted to 9:30pm same day but their website indicates store closes at 7:00. Appt app defaults to a location in St Mathews. Tried calling the number for that location but number not in service. Tried calling Jeffersontown location but no answer. Bottom line: impossible to contact for estimate or appt. I can't drive 25+ miles and find out they may not be there. Wonder if this a legitimate business. read more

This store really needs to get a grip on things. I dropped off my Xbox one to be cleaned. I was told it would be no problem but they would not clean any of my Nintendo devices (wii u, swtich, and GameCube) even though online it says they clean Nintendo devices. I had to ship my Nintendo devices to the Nashville store and thank god for Carl and Elijah who even cleaned my GameCube (even though it's not really an option to) and shipped them all back to me in less than a week. This store took 3 weeks for my Xbox just to call me and tell me that they were not going to clean it. I called the Nashville store and they were going to do it for me until this store flagged it in the system that it can not be cleaned. Now I have no where to take my Xbox one to be cleaned even though I was told and promised that it wouldn't be a problem when I dropped it off to begin with. If you're looking to get something done send it to Carl and Elijah in Nashville not these guys who seem to fail time and time again. read more

I drove 45 minutes to this store because it is the only one insurance approved. I get there at 3:30 PM no one to be seen and the doors are locked. "Not accepting anymore devices today." At 3:30 PM when the store closes at 7 PM. Nowhere in my insurance claim did it say the store might close early at any point or will stop accepting devices. Store did not answer any phone calls including from insurance. My screen is very broken and I use it constantly for work. The condition that it is in is unsafe. read more
