On Nov. 19, 2025, I asked Mr. Clements to install a new faucet for my mother's bathroom. He did a…read morebad job aesthetically with many scratches and a crack on the sink surface around the faucet. He also didn't properly tighten the pipe fittings under the sink. Moreover, he left a filthy mess above, around and under the sink. My 97 year old mother was very upset and I took much heat for letting John do the work. An Air Group technician that came on April 7, 2026 confirmed all of the above and told us the sink top surface was permanently damaged by the prior work. He also told us that Home Depot often refers bad plumbers so I'll not ask for their help again in this area. Nor will I call Mr. Clements for future work; he didn't even acknowledge the damage to the sink he caused while removing the old faucet and installing the new one.
