I have 95% use of my shoulder back, based on simple exercises recommended by Dr. Everding. Vs. Surgery via other Dr. Office staff is very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Nathan Everding. Ps didn't realize it at the time, my spouse saw him for her elbow.

Since then and due to arthritis, Dr Seth Greenky has replaced both knees and both hips in such a professional manner, I have never had an issue. I called to set up a time to come in. They told me they couldn't see me in the afternoon. I don't know if they couldn't see me in the afternoon, or just wouldn't. I went in the morning after my injury occurred. I saw Dr. Vrendenburgh. He talked kind of quickly. I was glad I had my Mom with me. I went back a month and a half later. I waited a long time. I was annoyed. Luckily, my injury had healed and I don't need any further care. The exam room I was in was when I went in for my recheck was hot, and I thought I was going to have a hot flash. I hope I never need another orthopedist. If I do, I don't know if I'll use this place again.

Dr Kang is awesome! His practice is relatively new- but this means he has learned up-to-date…read moremedicine. I feel that he really listened to me, and worked with me for a good plan of care. His bedside manner is excellent, and he has a great sense of humor. There was only so much he could do to help me with my particular condition, but he did EVERYTHING he COULD do. We decided on a nerve block, and when he told me that it would probably take 3-4 weeks for me to get it, because upstate bone and joint requires pre-approval from insurance, and then they need to find time to make me an appointment, I broke down in tears. Well, I don't know how he pulled it off, but Dr Kang managed to get me in a week and a half after my initial appointment! The staff in the surgery center on the third floor were fantastic, and so was Dr Kang. I was given a sedative, but I have ehlers danlos syndrome, so it didn't do a whole lot. That was OK though, because it meant I was able to ask questions about my procedure as he was doing it. He was a rock star, answering me and delivering my nerve block with precision and care at the same time. I'm passionate about medicine, and I love to learn, so that was cool. Also it distracted me from the pain a bit, which was helpful. He also called and personally checked up on me. He also answered my messages on MyChart in a timely manner, which I really appreciated! All in all, I highly recommend Dr Kang, even though he practices out of Upstate Bone and Joint, which is a dystopian nightmare of endless waiting rooms- he will personally get you in pretty quickly, but also give you the time you need.

Poor bedside manner, rude,…read moreunprofessional, would not answer a simple question about why I was required to come in for a follow-up visit that could have been a phone call, as I had to wait for over 2 hours with my 5 year old to see him for a follow up that his office said was required, but that he essentially told me was not necessary and nothing further was needed for follow up. Oh, unless of course, I was like many other "moms who insist on an x-ray when it's not necessary" as he so ignorantly stated. The only explanation I can come up with is an unnecessary money grab for a follow up appointment with little to no regard for patient's time or schedule.
