I attempted to utilize the auto garage last week but was refused service without an explanation! A…read moreweek before that, I came out of my house to a totally flat tire!! I was lucky enough that my dad was able to help me Jack up my car, take the flat one off, and take it to purchase a new tire and have it mounted (since I couldn't drive there, obviously). I purchased a second tire at the same time for the other side of my car and came here to have it mounted and balanced and placed on my car. (since I didn't have my car with me when I purchased it) The woman working in the garage told me "no!" before I even told her what I needed done. I walked in and asked if she worked there and she said she did. I then asked "Are you able to..." and was interrupted with a "NO!" I asked again "I just need a tire.." "NO!" I was shocked!!! I finally just said "can you mount a tire" while she was basically walking away from me, and she again told me No. She then said they don't mount or balance tires there which was clearly a lie since a car was on the lift getting new tires at that exact moment AND they sell and install new tires there. I don't understand what the reasoning was, but I will NEVER give them business again, nor will the rest of my large family!

They were fast, kind, and even gave me a "thank you" present when I left which was so extra and nice. They also did not magically find any issues with my car like other places do. The car is only driven around 700 miles a year if you are any good at math. When brake measurements are they are take at various spots on the pad. All brake pads wears at different rates. Take in to consideration tapered wear etc. obviously you never have done any mechanical work. Where the heck do you come up with elder abuse. If anybody got abused you did by your mechanic. Seems like you can't be satisfied because you reviewed other shops btw. Why would you change the oil with that low of mileage on it.seems like the men at Audubon liberty did right by your Grammy!

I gave them my name and number as a contact. My daughter dropped the car off with her mother and left her name and number. I called this morning, since I had not heard anything, and asked how it was going. I was told the car was on the lift and the repairs were being made. I said I never received a call. He stated we talked to your daughter this morning. Exactly what I did not want to happen. Full rear brake job, not sure why the rotors could not be turned and for some reason they needed to balance all 4 tires at a rate of $60.00 Very upset that they did not call me as instructed to discuss the work before they started. It's clear that he cares more about making sure the customer is happy with the end result than simply making money. Don't allow him to touch your vehicle he could barely put air in the tire.
