Here's why: -NOVA and Frontline are totally boss, period -some people like John McGivern's show -they promote learning and critical thinking and doing and being in a really great way -the theme song/commercial for the station itself makes me feel warm and safe and happy -sometimes you might want to learn about knives in the Test Kitchen or whatever -Lidia Bastianich can cook up some mean Italian eats -Bob Ross at odd times -I don't care about quilting or woodworking but maybe someday I will -kids should watch their kids' programming instead of the Disney Channel or MTV or whatever mind-rotting shit kids watch these days (waves cane)

Local news should be the most trustworthy level of journalism. Instead, WISN increasingly feels like it's shaping narratives rather than simply reporting facts. If WISN wants to maintain credibility across the community, it needs to do more than include "both sides" on paper. It needs to: Apply equal skepticism to all viewpoints Give competing perspectives comparable depth and context Avoid subtle framing that nudges viewers toward a conclusion Until that happens, viewers are right to question whether they're getting the full story.

WTMJ had full coverage from 10 pm on Saturday night thru Sunday morning. Today's stories on 12 are limited and repeated every 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

Only once a month, (June, July, August, and September), its a fun stop for your Milwaukee Summer bucket list. Its so great to see all the different vendors and food each year. This last market had a karaoke stand, various shops selling Milwaukee art, soap, and other handmade goods. Tons of food truck to chose from, we tried the tots (one of our favorites) and the brisket mac and cheese. Yum! Whenever I am able to, I make sure to stop by for a bit. It's an easy stop after work! Great music, good food, fun activities, and people watching too!
