It was an eviction for a house he knew I don't live in,I don't even live in Washington.Ive never been a tenant of that person nor at that house.I say knowingly because the first page of the eviction documents filed on me by Scott clearly states no less than 5 times that I don't qualify to be evicted IAW applicable laws and regulations. It states they know I am not a washington resident for years,I don't live in the house,I don't stay in the house,I don't visit the house often or overnight. It doesn't state that I have a lease or ever had or was/am a tenant because I never have been. There was never a valid reason cited that make the eviction legal to file.Scott still filed the eviction against me and got mad at me and played innocent when I contacted him made sure he knew it wasnt legit and that I'd post reviews. They refused to drop it.The eviction shows on my credit currently,by design according to the txt message from the perpetrator......while they did technically drop it later, damage was already done and the real reason they dropped after the fact (documented) is that it no longer served a purpose.I was no longer useful and it cost them money to push it further. They also refused to even drop it at that point unless I signed a document for them related to the financial shenanigans they are pulling saying I don't have financial interest in this or that. Long story short the cause of this all is my ex's son trying to hustle her out of her house and her son and his real estate agent Michelle Jasmer of honesmart near bothel tried to manipulate me through the threat of damaging my credit this particular attempt. The txt message said if I didn't influence my ex to do what they wanted over the house I would have this eviction on my credit. For some reason despite claiming not knowing better initially, but obviously knowing now about the bogus nature of the eviction and all the other glaring issues such as his clients haven given 4 or 5 distinctly different and incompatible versions of the story under oath and on the record... Scott is still representing them on this scam to this day. In all honesty I've had to deal with more than my share of attorneys in business over the years. If this had been done differently it might have successful and quite devastating. In this case it was inept and sad to watch.Definately not high end trade craft here.I can't say I've seen such a poorly put together legal submission.Technicly another attorney put it together, but that guy has a reputation shoddy work. Why on earth would a man sign his name to someone else's shoddy work? You know things are off, client doing dirty stuff with your services and you still represent them? It's also worth noting he has an interesting record with California bar association,He was an attorney in California briefly before he came to Washington after trouble with the bar association.Worth pulling up and taking a look if you're considering hiring him.Maybe check his reviews on the way back machine, probably be able to the ones he has deleted.Thats why the dates are weird and spread out on his reviews. He harasses yelp over bad ones.Saw a couple,3 taken down little while back. Also a few good reviews that seemd off taken down around the same time. *I will try to put up a somewhat redacted photo of the eviction paper filed with the court stating I don't live there and all that.I want the work to speak for itself but I want to make sure I'm not violating terms of service first but if anyone messages me I'm happy to provide receipts as they say.Straight from RJC records.

Figured I'd share this here for future reference if anyone gets a ticket. I received a minor…read morespeeding ticket recently and contacted Fred Hopkins, whom I've used in the past. Experience: * Emailed his office 3 times over 2 weeks asking if he could help with copy of the ticket (used email on his site). * Never heard back. Sent ticket in requesting a "contest" hearing. * Finally called and asked about the ticket. Front desk person Christina was short, rude. * I asked about my emails, she said he's old school, doesn't use email. I asked if she receives those emails, she said no. * She said they would now charge me $50 ("expediting fee") because the dispute case was in 2 weeks. * I asked if she could waive the fee based on me attempting contact 3 different times and having used him in the past, she said no. * I asked if I could speak with Fred Hopkins, she ignored me. She told me to go back to ARAG. * I told I her I wasn't really happy with this experience and she essentially hung up on me. I looked at some online reviews and the say he essentially uses a "deferral", which you can use yourself if available. I researched what he did for me, turns out he simply used a deferral. My advice would be to AVOID this law office. This person was the most unprofessional, unpleasant person I've spoken to in a long time. I see no way to actually reach Fred Hopkins directly at this point either to make him aware of his assistant's behavior.
