After I paid them in FULL at the end of February, for the boards and installation, I heard nothing from them. I finally contact Shiloh Jones on March 10th to ask what was going on. Was finally told we could do the installation on Friday, March the 22nd. On installation day, they sent an incompetent kid with some double side sticky tape and a tube of glue. He couldn't make the menu board hold. He put it up and within 1 minute the board fell and broke at several places. He was clueless as what to do so he said he needed to leave and find other things to try. Our restaurant was opening so we needed the menu up right away. My husband and I nailed the board hoping it would temporarily hold at least till the end of business hours. Afterward, we went to Home Depot and bought material to secure the boards up. The following Monday, I went to talk to the owner Micah Rush, asking for the reimbursement of the installation fee, I didn't even ask for a reimbursement for the broken menu board, just the installation fee (because their guy didn't install anything, just broke the board). Micah Rush said he couldn't reimburse me yet and needed to investigate what happened first. He said he will be in touch. He hasn't. I have called a few times and left messages but he hasn't returned my calls. It has been 2 months now with nothing. I have contacted the BBB and will be taking him to small claim court if BBB can't resolve our issue. I just feel I need to warn others about their dishonesty and horrible service. Also, I want to point out, they have really good reviews on Google but that was from years ago when they had a young lady named Morgan working there. She was the reason I agreed to go with them, then one day they told me she no longer was working there. The new sale rep name Shiloh Jones is very dishonest and is full of lies and excuses. During the whole time they were dragging their feet, twice she has acted like the ball was dropped on my end, saying she never got confirmation of this or that... As though email didn't leave trails. With all the other signs company available in Salem, you should really consider another one for your signs needs. I have since got more signage services and product from Fast Sign, also in Salem and they have been great.

For a small business (convenient store) which consists of 3-7 employees. Our new bookkeeper charges us $50 per month up to 15 employees. Also Eagle Accounting charged us $425 per/month for recording our purchases/ expenses/ invoices. Anyone who has used quick books and has done that kind of work, understands that is an outlandish amount to charge a small business such as my grandparents. The job takes approximately 30min to 1hr. max to record and log in a month's worth of invoices. In some instances like January and February when business is the slowest of the year and our purchases are minimal, it takes me 20-25min. (That is myself doing the work a novice with Quick books and barely going on my 2nd year of using Quick Books. 20-30 minutes of work equals= $425 bill! Almost $5,000 per/year. Those are just 2 of numerous examples where Eagle accounting has taken advantage of my elderly grandparents', who are 76 and 78 years of age. My Grandpa is a veteran who fought in the Vietnam war and my grandma began working in the fields alongside her mother at the young age of 7. They' both began working and supporting their families at that age as migrant farm workers. Still to this day my Grandparents work 7days a week 365 days per year. My aunt this year, finally found us a new legitimate bookkeeper and i would never ever recommend Eagle Accounting to anyone, not even my enemy. Even if their was no other accountant in town, i would recommend you to purchase Quick books and do the work yourself. Eagle Accounting Inc. are a bunch of greedy Thieves!! Who will take advantage of anyone who doesn't know any better. WARNING: EAGLE ACCOUNTING is corrupt and will overcharge you if they sense you could be an easy target. THEN after paying him his $6,500 retainer fee, he went back on everything he said he would do. I had been told by men in my office that Paul was a great attorney. Well, now I realize he's great for MEN, but NOT for women. As I spoke with other women in the community regarding their divorce proceedings with Paul Saucy, theirs were the same as mine---he gave everything to the husbands and totally took advantage of these women. I even wrote a letter to the Oregon State Bar--nothing happened. Paul refused to ask my ex-husband for spousal support, stating "no ex=husband wants to pay alimony." Really, Paul??? He gave our house, cars, the $20,000 camping trailer that I BOUGHT, and a myriad of other things, ALL to my ex-husband. He also knew my husband was abusive and mentally very unstable. I ended up with no more than what I walked into the marriage with. My money had bought many things, including the remodel of our home. The approximate total of all I had invested in my marriage was OVER $50,000. I did not get ONE PENNY out of my divorce. I was completely abused, and taken advantage of by Mr. Saucy. Having a very good education in Psychology, I can easily without a doubt say that Paul Saucy is an IMMORAL Narcissist/Sociopathic/Misogynist/Chauvanist pig, liar and cheater, with absolutely NO feelings of remorse or guilt at taking advantage of ANY female client. So, as someone who was supposed to look out for me, and represent me and get everything equally, Mr. Saucy failed MISERABLY. This man should have been DISBARRED years ago.....
