They claimed that it was "too difficult" to engrave a curved object, (Seriously? You have one job. The print quality was great it took only a few hrs and their costumer service was genuine. I called ahead asking their capabilities, the young lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and asked me to e-mail my files ahead of time. When i got there she had all of my files ready to be viewed and all we had to do was pick out a font for some lettering(she made the easy as well). For my needs they were well within my last minute budget and even willing to work with me on prices.
