I bothered my CPA to have my schedule E done early, only for the manager to demand a lease and claim that it was invalid (it was not, I checked with my lawyer)! Basically, he had my 2017, 2018 and 2019 taxes, my bank info, but did not WANT to give me a loan. Hopefully he won't accidentally send my information to someone else like he did sending his other clients information to me! I worked with Glenn from Integrity team for 3 weeks on a home loan. he stopped the process 9 days before closing stating my income is not enough and they have to follow what the owners of the company will say . I asked him multiple times to make sure of that in the beginning but he kept saying we are good. I was very fortunate that another loan officer took over the financing and closed us at the same time Glen was going to close and she said she was very confused and shocked why my loan was denied with them as my income is more than enough to qualify for this loan. Long story short, stay away and find another loan company who would not give you anxiety and waste your time buying a house.
