I know for a fact at Arroyo Grande Care Center. Also at the Wyndham Assisted Living the workers have heavy work loads. With the revolution omg door of employee's they pile the work into whoever shows up for work. Not a good environment for your loved one to be living with.

Based on Alan's understanding of the local offerings, he was able to point us in the right direction and offer his personal follow-up. His experience and expertise were EXACTLY what we needed to bring our mother home and continue her care as well as improve the living conditions for our brother. We were so impressed with Alan's expertise and compassion - my sister wrote a recommendation to the social workers at French Hospital to be sure to include Alan's business as a resource for those in our situation. He fills a HUGE gap in the adventure of taking great care of elderly, or invalid relatives.
