This is a beautiful Hotel Property I have friends in town from California staying here for Sundays Knights Game who gave me a tour of their rooms. North of the Strip great hotel inside and out

I've been to Vegas before, but this is my first visit to Wynn. It's elegant, with lovely public areas and high end shops. We had an outstanding meal at Pisces Bar & Seafare, then saw Awakening. It's off the Strip, but it's got everything here. Would come back next time I'm in Vegas.

We returned to the Wynn for an annual work conference. The Wynn is a great resort hotel and casino. See my review from last review about having status or not impacts a stay. In a nutshell, unless you're a high roller with status, accept the fact that the Wynn views every detail of a hotel stay as a potential profit center with extra charges to the guest. New warning based on this stay- check your bill very carefully. Check in: The registration process is very slow even when we pre-filled our information online before arriving. Checking in at the Wynn is worse than checking into hotels in some third world countries. If you're used to checking in at major hotel chains like Hyatt or Marriott, expect a frustratingly slow and antiquated experience at the Wynn. Also, checking in around 3:00 p.m. will likely result in significant delays in obtaining your room. Room (1975): A beautiful, large, and high-tech room. First, this is one of the cleanest hotels anywhere, and this stay proved the same as past stays. Carpet, tile, furniture, etc. were all very clean. All room controls are handled through an iPad (TV, curtains, lights, etc.). The room comes with a nice desk, king-sized bed, and a little sitting area near the window. The mini-refrigerator is only used to sell stuff (note- don't touch anything in it or you will be charged just for moving an item temporarily). Note- normal items you'd expect in a hotel room like a mini coffee maker are not provided at the Wynn. It's all about maximizing revenue for the resort. Bed: A good bed but slightly on the firm side. Feather pillows need fluffing and were flat (as they have been in years past). Good linens. Bathroom: Excellent, spacious bathroom with fantastic oversized tub and separate shower. Good lighting. One gripe is the hairdryer was a low end, low power hair dryer. Good toiletries. The shower head was low tech and seemed to be unrestricted with good pressure. Room service: Slow and expensive. Resort Fee: What do you really get for the daily $40 resort fee? Gym access and free low-speed WiFi (5 Mb up and 5 Mb down). Very poor value for the resort fee. Service: Employees are generally polite but unless you have status, don't expect much. Overall cleanliness of facilities: Superb Billing accuracy: On this visit, our in-room iPad stopped working. Normally we review our folio and check for any errors in billing before we check out. But with the iPad not working, we simply called the front desk to check out. Later, we received our bill by email. It contained an erroneous charge of $20.00 for a mini bar drink for our first day of our stay. We called the Wynn when we got home to correct the error, but a week later, the issue still has not been corrected. A colleague in our group had a billing issue at check out also (charing full price versus the negotiated group rate). Take your time and review you folio! Restaurants: Hard to get reservations at any of the good restaurants at the Wynn and the lower tier restaurants have long waits. On this trip, we booked reservations two months in advance and enjoyed Wing Lei. Conference facilities: Excellent, except no free WiFi for conferences, and guest WiFi doesn't work in the conference area. Conference catering: Above average catered meals. Misc: Room 1925 had some maintenance issues. First, the A/C struggled to keep the room cool, and on the high fan setting the A/C caused an annoying vibration in the cabinetry surrounding the A/C. Second, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling in one area. Third, on our last day our iPad room controller simply stopped working.

NOTE: CHECK YOUR BILL! We had erroneous charges on our bill. And calling after you leave is a challenge. I called to have a charge removed and I was told I would get an updated bill right away, i never got the updated bill. I called back again and was told that only the front desk can assist with getting me a new bill, but their phone lines are not open until 8am. I was calling at 8am Central and was told to call back, but I got busy and could not call back. Check-in: I did the online check in prior to arrival, but I never got a text message. I waited in line to get my room key. The check-in is so slow here! There are 8 people working at all times and it is a crawl to get through check-in. The Wynn uses a lot of technology, but consistently having issues with it. Our check-in lady has issues with her computer and had to borrow a co-workers terminal to get our room keys made. Service: This is the cleanest hotel in my opinion on the strip. The interior is beautiful and so clean. And the least amount of cigarette smoke than other hotels on the strip. Room: Very clean, spacious room with king bed, nice table, separate seating area, and a wonderful gigantic window for natural light. The tablet controls everything in the room. The sheers were not working on the tablet. I had to manually open the sheers myself. The tablet on check-out was not working so I could not check my bill prior to departure. I was charged for a bar item and I did not touch the mini bar in my room. NO coffee service, no mini fridge for use. Bathroom: luxurious tub and shower. With nice amenities.

First time visitor, long time traveler to Las Vegas. I don't know it took me so long to visit the Wynn. It's a stunning hotel casino and it has a different vibe than other properties and that vibe is non-toursity. From the entrance to the gaming floor to the shops, you quickly figure out that the Wynn is its own island in the sea of themed resorts on the strip. I found the service, the gaming, the food, and the shopping to be excellent. All the top brands are here and if you are a vegetarian or vegan, this is where you should stay. There are options everywhere. While my company doesn't stay at the Wynn, It will be my preferred choice for a vacation stay in the future.

    Broken Glass on bathroom floor

BEWARE! Broken glass!!! Bathroom floor in my room I want everyone to see that this is what was on the bathroom floor and all over my room at The Wynn Las Vegas on 5/12/26. I called and they do didn't offer to change my room. I Called again and they say they "serviced the room." These are their standards. Unsafe conditions. Not properly cleaned. BEWARE! They are cheap and won't refund one night.

We have been here several times and have stayed here. Although we are not staying here this weekend. The accommodations are exceptional the suites at the Encore are beautiful and nicely decorated. The restaurants, we have probably eaten at almost all of them including Sinatra, The Buffet, Tableau, Wing Lei, SW Steak. There are several (new) restaurants that we have not tried yet. Tonight we had dinner at Mizumi and watched Awakening show. Fantastic is all I can say about *Awakening. The dinner at Mizumi/Teppanyaki was great as well. Long time fans of Encore/Wynn.

I love the Wynn, let me count the ways. 1. Always clean. 2. Always secure. 3. Room options. 4. Dining options. 5. Best allergy conscious resort on the strip. 6.The Shopping! 7. The lush greenery & flowers. 8. The Overlook bar. 9. Customer service - always on point. 10.The Spa! *Expect only the best here. *The one major dislike: Wynn is now charging $40. for valet! Plus, they have zero dining validation.

Prior to visiting the Wynn Plaza Shops, I checked out Wynn Esplanade which is another shopping mall within Wynn Las Vegas. There is a nice lake and pretty waterfall right outside its entrance doors. Great spot for photo op! They happen to be right across the street from Fashion Show Mall (more shopping). Upon entry, I noticed the beautiful pink ceiling made of what appears to be silk-like material. I love pink! I am not a name brand shopper so I was just strolling through the walkway looking at the shops. I didn't go into any of them. Just window shopping. Kid you not, most of the shops were empty. Meaning I saw no customers inside except for the staff standing behind the counter and near the door. I assume they do okay if they are still in business. See list of shops below. If any one of them appeals to you, do drop on by and check them out. By the way, the end of the shopping walkway will lead you to a bright and colorful atrium of pretty trees, fun carousel decorated with flowers, and King Bear sculpture. Happy Shopping! The best resort on the Las Vegas Strip in my opinion, is Wynn and Encore. I've been to Las Vegas hundreds of times and have stayed at almost every hotel, including places like Nobu, Palms and various suites and villas. But Wynn and Encore, which are sister hotels&resorts next to each other, truly stand out as the best. Every time I stay here, I feel so happy the service and hospitality are top-notch. I love the way they care for their guests, and I would give them a 5/5 on the Strip Isabel at the front desk recommended me a room and gave me the best view!!

The sales were strong too. Real deals. Not the fake discount gymnastics where the original price looks like it was invented by someone with a gambling problem. The stores were good across the board. Every store had something worth looking at, which is exactly how they get you. You think you are disciplined until you see a sale rack whispering your name like a Vegas slot machine. It was definitely busy. People everywhere. Bags swinging. Families negotiating. Someone's dad standing outside a store looking like he lost the will to continue. Classic outlet behavior. But even with the crowd, the place still worked. It did not feel dirty or chaotic. Just active. Like everyone collectively agreed to make poor financial decisions before lunch. The property was clean and well maintained. Walkways were nice. Stores felt organized. Nothing felt run down. That matters because once you are walking around in Vegas heat, you need the place to at least look like it respects your suffering. Service depended on the store, but overall it was solid. Staff kept things moving. Checkout lines were manageable. Nobody had to act brand new over a coupon code. Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is worth the stop. Great sales. Good stores. Clean space. She told me she was from Las Vegas and because she was a local I asked her where she liked to spend her free time. Her eyes lit up. I know in her industry the focus is always the customer but I'm guessing it was rare for her that a customer asked what she liked to do. She told me that she enjoyed visiting Container Park and told me to check it out during the daytime but also nighttime just to experience the contrast. She even told me about the mantis art piece. I thanked her for the suggestion and she did a great job styling my hair. I never forgot her kindness. So on two separate visits to Vegas I went with different groups of friends and fam to Container Park. It's such a fun and welcoming open space with cute shops and restaurants in former shipping containers. I liked the concept of reusing things in creative ways.
