Since then I've seen them still in business. Couldn't you tell the truth and just tell me you don't want to mow my lawn anymore? Also, right before they stopped coming back, they raised their usual price without telling me, and they said they would no longer be able to remove the clippings (even at this higher price). I'm sure they're good people, but this was pretty bizarre behavior.

He didn't seem to understand (could be a language barrier) what I really wanted to do with my bushes so now they are all misshaped and secondly if you are looking for a nice normal edged yard don't get your hopes up. I have been told that they use a commercial edger with a metal blade. This creates a 4 to 6 inch trench and looks completely gouged and horrible. I did ask if they could use a normal edger and she said no that all he uses. I highly do not recommend JD Lawn Care, homeowners beware.

Not only did he dig out the leak and repair it, he walked thru my yard and gave tips on watering and setting the sprinklers. then he installed my new system controller! These guys are awesome!
