I have to assume that they didn't intend to drop that 20 foot-long branch on my roof, but the bare minimum courtesy I'd expect is that they'd let me know my front and back yard would be covered in branches, and to request permission to access both. Absolutely absurd. Property damage, trespassing, no fall protection, and only 1 guy had any kind of PPE.

Four days go by and then late on Saturday night I get a call from them and it goes into into my voice mail. A man named Harold leaves a long rambling message that goes on for one minute and 8 seconds and he sounds intoxicated. He is slurring his words and saying weird things like "he was wondering if I was ok" and that "they return calls in the order they receive them" and other strange remarks. At the same time I started getting text messages of photos of his tree service company logo and other pictures of guys cutting trees down, etc. I received a total of five text photos which really used up my cell data. So I call this guy to tell him that I have already hired someone to cut my trees and not to call me again. When he answers he sounds intoxicated again. I told him the that he waited four days to return my call, was sending unsolicited large file photo text messages, and that he left me a long rambling voice mail. He is slurring his words so I gave him a piece of my mind and not to ever call me again. Would advise anyone from using this unprofessional company that waits four days to return a call then calls late Saturday night sounding intoxicated.

It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

From there, we were supposed to get on a biweekly service for $35 (which seemed pretty reasonable) but my service apparently was never implemented. They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. Second update: We cancelled our service after they broke our gate getting into our yard and were seen throwing sticks into our neighbors yard. Terrible!

Tony was exceptional at making my visión become a reality and he communicated with me throughtout the entire process since I was out of town and it was all done in my absence.
