Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and there was no haggling. I also checkout out their website and read some of the reviews posted on their website since there were not too many reviews on Yelp. Doing business with them was easy. After speaking to them online, they sent me an invoice (due on the day of the party). They called me a few days before the party to confirm all the details. On the day of the party they called again to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. We purchased the package with a combo bounce house, generator and attendant for 4 hours. We also added a snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. All of the rentals were extremely clean and in great condition. The best part was the attendant. Nelson was awesome! He was very diligent in setting everything up to our liking and during the party he was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the party was over, he let us know they were about to put away the equipment and made sure everyone got a last cotton candy/ snow cone fix. Discovery Bounce has our business and we plan to use them for all our future party rental needs!

I reserved the time online and paid for the deposit on my CC for 6 hours with a castle bounce house. Still in disbelief I called them the next day and they confirmed my order. The day of the party I receive a call from them. Although my party did not start until 1, they were in the area and asked if they could drop off the bounce house early? Not just prompt, but early? Wow! So, we ended up having the bounce house from 10 AM through 8PM. It was great since my kids had fun bouncing in the morning before the rest of the party came. After the party I received a call saying they were on their way to pick up the bounce house. These guys were so fast and efficient that one second the castle was there and the next it was gone. The party joked that these dudes must be ninjas as no one saw them take it down. I wish I would have seen them to give them a tip. Overall it was a great experience. These guys are professional, fast, and courteous. The bounce house is very clean as they wash them after each use. The date of the event there were supposed to deliver at 11:00 am and they didn't show up so I call them and they were asking for a $200 security deposit with agree to paid when they make the deliver but they didn't want, they asked me to send the payment by PayPal but I didn't want to take the risk to losses $200 more. So I told then that when they make the deliver I will paid the security deposit but they were so rude and were urgent me to make the deposit which I didn't do. So I canceled my order and required the refund of my deposit and they said I will receive it in 3 day and it's been a week and I haven't received. If you are interested as to why I feel this way and can back it up read below. I have known Gavin for about six years now, I remember when he started this business, I saw him post about it on Facebook, didn't know if I would ever use his services, but was excited to see a friend open his own business. Unfortunately my mother passed away unexpectedly and in lieu of a funeral we did a celebration of life at my parent's house. Due to the amount of people we invited we knew we needed a tent and chairs outside to accommodate all the guests with the extra space. While setting this event up with my dad and sister the tent/chairs came up and I immediately thought of Gavin and "A Perfect Touch Events". The ordering, payment process, pre-drop off communication, attention to detail once on location, professionalism which included everything down to being sharply dressed, and the pick-up were all seamless. When I say everything was set up (large tent and chairs), in an uneven backyard, in a blink of an eye I'm not kidding. I do not remember the names of everyone I dealt with but each employee was amazing. I know I have spoken with Gavin and thanked him, but myself/my family cannot thank you and your employees enough for making this part of the celebration of life for my mother so simple, clean, and the "perfect touch" to the outside of our event. I requested a quote via Yelp, and they answered all of my questions with super quick turnaround. I ended up paying via Venmo. Cheaper delivery than other places and the tables were plastic, so didn't weigh a ton like the wooden tables. We had to set the tables up after they were dropped off, so the team that was setting up was very grateful to have less heavy tables. They picked up the tables the next day.
