I was being inconvenienced and on top of that no reasonable solution was offered to me. Their "solution" was to come back later or not come at all. There was no consideration for my time. I am pretty understanding when things happen but what makes a difference it's how it is resolved and handled. I really liked Esneda, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this place. Costumer service and professionalism is a must for me, and I don't believe this is a priority for them.

Last week, I had my birthday brow appointment and asked her if the salon also did blow outs. She replied, of course so off I went to just get glam in the same place. I believe Jaime was my stylist and I loved him. My hair is on the thinner side, but the way he did my hair looked so great that I am considering adding it to my monthly rotation. The price for a blow out is great too at $50 and it is better quality than one of those chain blow dry bars. The salon is super clean and everyone has always been so friendly when I have visited. Parking nearby is usually pretty easy, as its street parking.
